@newlykate they did the same too (just changed the pad). hope i don't have to go there again. i've read elsewhere that they transfer your data and games if they replace your 3ds, so i don't think you should worry. good luck with it anyway!

Has anyone else had a problem with their circle pad getting stuck? This happened to me at the end of june/beginning of july. The circle pad would work in three directions but not the other. I sent it in for repair, got it back and the problem was fixed. well, it just happened again. I tried turning the system on and off with the pad in the neutral position, and i tried the circle pad calibration several times....no luck. so now i get to send it back to nintendo again.
If I only want to go up down or left, i'm fine, but going right is just not going to happen. anyone know of any games that don't require you to move right? lol.
my circle pad is just like yours...instead it keeps scrolling left and i cant play alot of my 3ds games, i caliberated the analog multiple times, but no luck....So i sent it to nintendo and got it back really fast cause they keep saying that i have scratchs on the LCD and etcs, But i just wanna get the circle pad to play right and now its A HUGE ISSUE! Nintendo will get back to me soon i hope and fix my problem...i mean i might just get an Pikachu XL but i'll lose data but idc i played all my ambassdor games. Goodluck with ur problem im basicly have the same issue
