I believe the point was that you said the PC became obsolete. It doesn`t become any more obsolete than the iPad you`re talking about.

Actually, no. My point was older models of iPad are no more "obsolete" than a year-old PC. Despite there being upgrades available, the older model still works fine and can be used for most applications.

iPad refresh cycles need not be any more often than notebook ones.

Si. iPad 5 is already being 'developed'.

That's how I feel sometimes with Apple.
