Re: Nintendo Taking "Massive Leap" with Wii U's Online Set-Up

rwq

We don't even know what online will look like when wii u comes out, Nintendo should really consider getting an outside partner to help them with this. My dream scenario is that i can buy all my games online and download everything. Never having to mess with optical media ever. Basically steam is doing it right, license a version of steam!

Re: Dead or Alive: Dimensions Pulled from Sale in Australia

@skogur Nintendo is chickening out because of the absurd current Swedish legal situation: Any depiction of underage people in suggestive situations is illegal in Sweden, and obviously Nintendo wants to keep as far away from that potential trouble as possible.

Come to think of it: it's illegal to draw a picture of someone under 18 having sex and show that picture to a friend. But the age of consent in Sweden is 15. Lolwut?!

Re: Rumour: Nintendo Stream Coming Sooner Than We Think

I love it! It's like a golden shower for us all!

I hope the name means that I can buy full games online and stream them to the console. I am a bit worried about the controller, they are not giving up on the genius design of the wiimote?

Re: Talking Point: Nintendo has Nothing to Fear from Mobile Games

Sorry to bring uncomfortable news, but SquareEnix have plenty of their new and old titles on Apple AppStore, is Final Fantasy deep enough for you people? Interestingly they are not priced like the typical AppStore game but a bit higher.

I would love to play Pokemon and some other Nintendo-specific titles, but I already own enough handheld devices and can't justify buying another just for a few game titles. When my kids grow up I will probably get them something that can work as a phone as well.

When do we get iOSlife hmm?

I loved the first one on the iPhone so I might just pick this up when it bounces its way across the pond.

But "Genre: Driving" ? oo..kayy...

Re: Review: Raving Rabbids Travel in Time (Wii)

The graphics in the trailer look very nice I must say. But seeing the hilarious little rabbids in action makes me want to arrange SlapstickIn3dAnimationCon, attract as many would-be 3d-physical-humor-comedians as possible, then tactically nuke the place on the first day. Enough already!

Re: Review: Super Mario All-Stars 25th Anniversary Edition (Wii)

The whole vc release schedule baffles me, as well as the 50hz issues. I don't understand why I'm not instantly having access to the entire catalog of vc titles right now.

The idea that I should pay extra for All Stars, and get it on a disc instead of from the download service where I wanted it, and also get a gimped down version, is more than I can wrap my head around.

I have money Nintendo, I want to give it to you. What seems to be the problem?
