@vitalemrecords: agreed. Just like with the Smash Bros. roster, people are just whining because they didn't get what they wanted, rather than a true lack of quality or content.
I was hoping for Mario Maker on the 3ds and was a bit disappointed to see the next Paper Mario game as a Mario & Luigi title. But I'm really looking forward to the the new Zelda and Fire Emblem games. I'll probably also pick up Metroid if it offers a good single player mode.
I really don't mind the DLC Nintendo is offering because it isn't taking away from the main game like most of the other companies. The games being sold are still solid, just with more options afterwards to keep people playing and to keep making a profit.
Two games with two different storylines being sold as separate games (Or a 3 for 2 deal). Yeah Nintendo is really screwing us on this one. Honestly Nintendo gives the player the option of two different stories and all everyone does is whine about not getting the additional story free. (And I'll bet if they had made the game have 2 shorter stories to fit it on one cartridge they would be whining about that too)
I won't be getting this on day 1, I already preordered Monster Hunter 4U (Which costed $5 less for a game that's actually new). But I will buy it sometime later simply because I never played the 64 version.
I'm with Nintendo on this one, they have every right to demand any percent of profits from these videos. And this arrogant guy thinks Nintendo owes him something, not only is Nintendo far more well known than this guy, but he hasn't done any work to get his money; it's based on the work of the developers.

Re: Pokémon Sun and Moon Could Use QR Codes in Interesting Ways
I think they'd be smart to port it to android/ios and use qr codes that way. It'd probably integrate the 2 well without hurting the 3ds's market.

Another vote for Paper Mario.

You could try emailing Nintendo and see if they will help you directly.
