Re: Nintendo Apologises for eShop Issues Caused by High Super Smash Bros. Traffic, Urges Patience

Not trying to defend Nintendo here because I do feel flabbergasted at their decisions and incompetence. If you think that the eShop servers being down is normal and a small recurring problem, how about compare that to the DDoS attacks Sony and Microsoft experienced last year, which was way worse?

Such display of attitude shows that you guys are no better than Sony or Microsoft fans at their worst behaviors.

Re: Reaction: Nintendo Dropped the Ball, Not the Mic, With Its Nintendo World Championships 2015 Qualifiers

@BLPs Not that Nintendo would ever do exactly what you said. Especially if those last lines spell out either sarcasm, out-of-context and/or unnecessary. Seriously, toast with corn flakes? Was that really appropriate?

It's entirely up to Nintendo as a company to do what they believe or think is worth making a profit. Them being outright self-destructive? Let them be, the backlash from their fans and supporters, and the consequences of their decisions should serve as an eye-opener for them; if not, let them dig themselves deeper. Can't stand their decisions both in marketing and game development but still playing their games? Drop all support and place them on Sony and M$ if you think they can do no wrong. Tired with gaming already? Good, then find or do something that is really time-worthy and more productive. Seriously, just what exactly do you see in gaming?

I can go on and repeat myself to any pessimistic person, including myself, about this. But them going third party like Sega? Unlikely to happen for as long as they have the money in making more hardware and have made money through other fields, like toys, cards and the recently announced theme park.

Re: The New 3DS Fire Emblem Will Force You To Pick A Side

@SirQuincealot Proof, please. Otherwise, the 3DS is nowhere close to disappearing. Sounds like you hate the 3DS in general and wish that it would just go away, all while ignoring its huge user base, its commercial success and its tremendous software library when compared to its competitor, the PS Vita. Amusing and sad, yet pathetic.

Re: Talking Point: Nintendo's DeNA Plans and Ideas Are Smart, Not a Beginning of the End

It's amusing to see how these 'supporters/fans' love to quickly and unfairly throw in the banner that spells out 'doom and gloom' and assume the worst. It's as if they really want the company to fail and get out of the hardware business. Are sarcasm, double standards, false accusations and assumptions your only weapons against the company? Not being a fanboy here, but I'm getting really sick of you people who exhibit this kind of behavior.

Back on topic, I'll just have to be more cautious and wait to see how things will turn out for Nintendo and see how will they succeed by the end of the day. Their future is what I'm most concerned and interested of.
