Played and loved this on the PC and I hope the quality can be kept up for the remaining parts. Price is a bit of an issue to get the complete Wii version though. Whilst I don't mind paying £35 for a new Monkey Island I'd expect to get a physical copy for that especially when I paid $35 (currently just over £21) for the PC season where you get the DVD at the end.
@Kelvin Well if they ever add the Mega CD to the VC we could get the first game, though it wouldn't have wiimoteasamouse controls.
Prices fluctuate (generally they've been falling in recent years) and it's only really a handful of games that have remained at silly money.
An emulator would be an unfair way of doing it as you could come across a fault with the game: graphics flicker, slowdown et cetera and not be sure if it's how the game plays or if it's just an emulation issue. Plus you loose the 3D effect.
Don't think I've ever played the arcade version but I really liked the Lynx version. I've played other ports and later games in the series though and not been impressed.
As Damo said above, very few VB games had battery backup (and this wasn't one of them). Funny Incognito should mention a dead battery though as a while back the battery died in my VB Wario Land.
@pie4prez: I can't think of any cases where you can change the shades of red in a game, but a few did feature brightness settings.
Sounds good and I missed it first time around. Still torn over which version to get though. I'm sure I'd love the Wii version but the Bongos from the GC version would come in handy for multi-player Donkey Konga.
I had the blue version and loved it. Like other great GB games I'd be playing on my chunky as I sat on a train, then come home, slot the cart in my Super Game Boy and carry on. For some reason I've never played the later games in the series but the original was definitely a great game.
Narrowing it down to 10 is tough, I'm trying but can't. But Link's Awakaning would definitely be on there as would Faceball 2000 - oh how I'd love to try a 16 player deathmatch on that.
Probably my favourite games machine with lots of great games released during its lifetime(s). I got the original xmas '91 then played (or owned) the various different upgrades as the years went by. I always keep my SP(brighter 101 model) nearby and have recentley been enjoying a combination of Mario Land, Cannon Fodder and Alpha 3 Upper.

D'oh!
Re: Review: 3D Tetris (Virtual Boy)
@Cheezy It does look confusing but actually it's really easy to pick up.
Re: Review: 3D Tetris (Virtual Boy)
He's right though. Thinking about it, it might have been the last VB game released.
Change it soon hopefully.

Consequently all games are reviewed on hardware.
Re: Interviews: Tales of Monkey Island - Telltale Games
Hope Wii players do get this soon. I was very impressed with the PC version of the first chapter.

Woah.
Mewants.

Re: Review: V-Tetris (Virtual Boy)
With so many Tetris games released I can't be 100% sure... but I'm fairly certain it's a V-Tetris exclusive.
