I’ve played this for a couple of hours today and overall I’d give it a solid 8/10
Yes 60fps would have been nice but it’s not a dealbreaker. Also I appreciate there’s a number of discussions that could be had on Performance vs Picture, not supporting a port that could be better or even giving EA some slack as they may not have received a devkig fast enough
On my side, the TV performance is OK. 30fps maybe 5% - 10% of the time hurt my eyes watching the screen and I had the bug mentioned happen on one match too
On the other hand I played handheld for an hour and maybe it’s the VRR but it felt perfect. Great visuals, smooth performance, just good football on a handheld at last
In short I’m happy and whilst I don’t intend to support these annually, I have been excited for a while on the Switch 2 and football for commutes into London for work and it’s met those standards 8/10
Does this mean we may well end up with 3 musou games on the switch within around 4 months.
Hyrule Warriors 2 - November
RUMOURED Persona 5 Scramble - January
This game: January - March
For games that are known to have repetitive gameplay, this release schedule feels pretty awful? I’m guessing this may be reason to push persona 5 scramble English release further out in the year

Re: UK Charts: Well, Look Who Cruised Back Into First Place
Interesting to see Trails in the Sky get almost double sales on PlayStation than Switch given I’ve always seen Switch as the JRPG machine
