I am not sure what the shock is about here...go to Steam and check out the prices of new games this is right on par. For instance Dragonball: Sparkling Zero is $93.49 cad for the base game.

Recenlty my puppers decided to chew on my pro controllers joy stick so I busted out the joycons, I cannot believe how bad it actually was. I was playing TOTK and Mr.Link would have a mind of his own and just start wandering around even without me touching the joystick. Very bad experience. I will look into getting these replacements.

On second watch I am 100% sticking with SWTOR.

Dont hate but I am playing Star Wars the Old Republic again and I am loving it. Does this hold a candle to it?

I just got off playing ark and mutating my Theri's. But I would NOT play this on the switch. Nope. No way.
And to those who wonder. Yes it runs really well on a decent gaming rig. I get roughly 100+ fps and my wife runs the dedicated server on her system and plays it and also gets better than I do. The hate is real for this game but to me its one of the best games I have ever played.

Ark is a great game on PC. I am still playing it. Not sure where all the negative comes from. If its not for you thats simple. But for me its the best game of all time. I am playing the new Fjordur map and its simply amazing.

WTF I am in Ontario and have the NSO and expansion but the game tells me I need to have the expansion and *****. This makes no sense. About to cancel NSO completely.

@CarlosM87 It won't do much I personally do not think. Steam games for the majority are not built around playing with a controller, sure some games do as I play with my old Wii U controller for Steam. But for the most part most games are not controller supported so it really limits the console itself.

This is a fair assessment. The game is a grind and you can play at whatever pace you want. Don't wanna advance past the bronze again, fine you can do that and like a cozy little life in the meadows. Or you can be a badass and fight in the Plains (although not recommended). The game is a big time sink but I love it.

My question is how much dog and or cat hair are these cars going to pick up and how are they going to handle it. You can vacuum everyday but when you got multiple animals hair is bound to happen. They would have to be able to go on carpet I would assume, not like an old school shag carpet...

I have played a LOT of World of Tanks. Not Blitz though. If it turns out fun maybe I will jump on. Seems watered down from the normal version though.

@mesome713 Glad this port went well. But unless you own a proper gaming computer with a headset you cannot call VR a gimmick. Try Half Life for 15 minutes. I know not all VR games are like that but it sure does open your eyes.

@Kalmaro I get what you're saying but I feel like it will still take away from the kind of "surprise" in the game. For instance, I have Half Life Alyx and I find it pretty freaky in the VR environment. I can't see it being the same not in VR. I guess having options is better than not.

I thought the story telling was on point for being a One Piece fan. Sure they didn't focus on the first story arc but they covered it and why would they want to again? They wanted to focus more on the Whole Cake Island arc and Wano (which is a game original story but still done well). In my honest opinion this is a huge step up from PW3. I haven't put it down yet since getting it on release in steam.

Get an Origin membership on PC and have access to this and all their EA games for $20 a month!! Come on, you know you guys wanna jump on the EA bandwagon! Eh? Eh!

@MeatSauce 63 gigs if I remember correctly. It was a HUGE download. They really need to figure out how to compress language files.

I'm still playing. On my PC, 8350 clocked to 4.3 ghz and r9 380 and still getting not a great frame rate (much better than the past) but I just don't see how the switch could handle it.

@RazumikhinPG I could explain to you how it is comparable but I don't have the time or the crayons. I could also tell you that you're right in your thinking, but then we would both be wrong.

@RazumikhinPG I am having a hard time understanding why you would click on an article that doesn't interest you, then complain about it. I am sure you don't walk down the street entering every store you see and complain that they are not selling the merchandise only you like correct?

@Shade_Koopa LOL nice attitude. I for one have played tennis since I was 8, and hearing this news I will be passing on the game. So yes this kind of thing does influence how people may feel.

I picked up the Wii U on launch day which happened to be my birthday. Loved the hell outta the thing, still do. I get your dislike for these ports. But be honest, do you not think that the NEW switch audience deserves a chance on these?
