Re: This Design For A "Game Boy Evolution" Sure Is Intriguing

@FilmerNgameR I'm selling my original to a good friend...don't really need two of them. It was tough for me to pick which one to keep honestly the original is just so nice to look at but ultimately those bigger screens won out. The XL also seems to fit my hands quite nicely which is also a big win in my book. Just wish they had upped the resolution for the bigger screens but it's a minor complaint. And no more fingerprints! As beautiful as the original is the thing is a fingerprint magnet!

Re: Nintendo Open To Applying Zelda: Link Between Worlds Approach To Other Franchises

@HappyHappyist Still have not played this game but really? If the dungeons are short and you only need to use one or two items to get through them how is this even considered a decent Zelda game??? The dungeons are the main appeal to me and figuring out ways to use each and every one of ur available items to get through them is what makes the games fun! I guess it makes sense tho for a handheld title...they made it that way so it would be easy to pick up and play for a few minutes. I'll be seriously upset if this carries over into the console version tho...

Re: Kensuke Tanabe Highlights Potential Return of 3D Donkey Kong Games

TricksterTyler

I like the DK games much more than 2D Mario games (I just can't get used to 2D mario physics). So a 3D DK game would definitely be something I would watch...it'd be tough to beat the galaxy games tho...those are masterpieces. I'd love to see a new Metroid soon too, 2D or 3D wouldn't matter to me as long as they kept the story a la Other M out of it...

Re: Review: Knytt Underground (Wii U eShop)

Definitely my indie goty. I recommend it for anyone who likes to explore in video games and enjoys puzzles. The best way I can describe this game is it's Metroid where you can't fight back against the enemies and must avoid them. @shanoboy swearing, ''adult topics'' (religious ideas). But seriously fairies swearing and threatening to beat people is pretty funny when you think about it. I wouldn't consider it an M rated game but then again I'm only about half way through the last chapter.

Re: Game of the Year: Nintendo Life Readers' Awards 2013

@Frapp A top 5 or even an end of the year top 10 for each system would be great. Really happy to see Fire Emblem as it is one of my favorite franchises. I picked up MH3U when I first got my Wii U and can say that it also deserves the praise. I had to sell that game due to some money issues and have yet to pick it up again due to the amount of awesome games coming out that I want to play.
