I'll definitely be getting Nano Assault EX. A five dollar reduction in price is too good to pass up, although I'm starting to overload myself with games to play. Considering I just got Tetris Axis and I'm finding myself increasingly drawn to it, I've gotta finish Dillon's Rolling Western: The Last Ranger, and there's still plenty left for me to do in Dark Moon and RE: Revelations. Then of course Denpa Men 2 is right around the corner and that's an instant buy for me. Sooooo much.
I picked this game up during the sale, and despite the unforgiving difficulty it's definitely up there with the best eShop games that I've downloaded. The game just has an addictive nature, whether it's the compulsion to complete a particularly difficult level or improve on your fastest time on a level and compete in the leader boards.
@FirstNintendork The developer has stated why there is no 3D. It's because the gameplay forces the player to shift their attention from one screen to another, and that renders any sort of 3D effect almost useless when you're not spending all of the time on the top screen as well as the fact that your eyes are constantly being forced to refocus on the 3D.
@Chriiis I don't know how much capacity the original had, but there isn't all that much internal memory on the XL. It definitely still has it's limitations.
@Portista I don't have a 3DS yet (less than a week to go for the XL in NA), but I think it'd be nice to not have to worry about the cable and just be able to set it down to charge.
From what I understand, a second circle pad would take up space inside the system that is actually dedicated to the battery. As stated in the article, one of the focuses of the XL was better battery life.
What I really want to know is how DS games look on those screens. I'll more than likely get it anyway, seeing as I have waited for over a year to get a 3DS (a lack of money, not waiting for a revision or games) and I may as well wait another month. Besides, if it's awful enough I'll still have my DSi.
I could care less about the Premier League, it's not the domestic league. Until they add highlights for Major League Soccer I will have no interest in this.
I was hoping that FIFA would one-up Pro Evolution by having online play. It looks like I was wrong in hoping that. I may still get it whenever it is that I get a 3DS, but I won't be rushing to do it. >_<
For those of you bashing the iPad (bboy2970), it is a truly amazing product. Having had the opportunity to try one out at my just opened local Apple Store, I can see what all the rage is about. It may simply be a larger iPod Touch, but the larger and far more accurate screen makes the experience of using one incredibly immersive. Now, as top whether it can knock Nintendo down as king of the handhelds? No, I don't think it can. Simply nothing can compare or top Nintendo's games and products, especially now with the 3DS on it's way.

Re: Mario & Luigi: Dream Team Bros. Hits Europe on 12th July, North America on 11th August
Damn, if only the US had the same release as Europe. It'd be an excellent birthday gift.

Definitely gonna have to get this. Just gotta find out what the price is.
Re: 3DS eShop Sale is Underway in North America and Europe
I'll certainly be picking up Fractured Soul. It's at the top of my list of eShop games to get, but I've been turned off of getting by that high price.
Re: Main Pokémon RPG Series Continues to Prioritise Portable Gaming
@2Sang Uh, it wasn't restricted to fifty. It was stated that there would be AT LEAST fifty.
Re: The 3DS Cartridge Case Returns to Club Nintendo in North America
I've never spent coins on anything for Club Nintendo and the case is the only thing that I'm even remotely interested in, so I just ordered mine.
Re: Review: Monster Shooter (3DS eShop)
It definitely is repetitive, but Monster Shooter is fantastic otherwise.

I should be getting my copy in the mail any day now. From now on Nintendo Life will be my primary source for Nintendo news, etc.

Why? Who wants that horrid pink when there other better color options?
Re: Kingdom Hearts 3D AR Cards Drop Into Club Nintendo UK
Please let those come out in the US. Some more Spirits would be fantastic, plus I need something to spend my Club Nintendo points on.

@Chriiis I don't know how much capacity the original had, but there isn't all that much internal memory on the XL. It definitely still has it's limitations.
Re: Out Now: 3DS XL Goes Big in North America
I'll be picking up an XL along with a couple games this afternoon, I'll pass on NSMB2 though.

@Portista I don't have a 3DS yet (less than a week to go for the XL in NA), but I think it'd be nice to not have to worry about the cable and just be able to set it down to charge.
Re: Pokémon Company Was June's Top Developer in Japan
Uh, the article title is incorrect. The Pokemon Company is the publisher as stated in the body of the article.

From what I understand, a second circle pad would take up space inside the system that is actually dedicated to the battery. As stated in the article, one of the focuses of the XL was better battery life.
Just adding a second circle pad isn't so simple.

I could care less about the Premier League, it's not the domestic league. Until they add highlights for Major League Soccer I will have no interest in this.

Wait...so e-Shop cards can work with the DSi shop?
Re: Heroes of Ruin Offers Over 80,000 Weapons to Loot
That sounds just fantastic. I'll definitely have to make sure that I have a 3DS by the time it comes out.

Re: Calculator
It'd be nice if this could come out in the US. I've been waiting for a non-themed calculator for ages.
Re: Hands On: Nintendo 3DS
Does the 3DS have any internal memory? Nintendo has said nothing about that so far.
Re: 3DS Hardware Details
No indication that the 3DS has any sort of internal memory. Interesting.

@ LuWiiGi: Goldeneye is coming out for both the Wii and the DS. n-Space is developing the DS version.
Re: Keep Your Life Collected with Nnooo's MyDiary
Hmm...I like it. I might consider getting this one. Though, it would be more appropriately named myCalendar than myDiary.
Re: The Nintendo Era is Over, Tweets Former Final Fantasy Scribe
MasterGraveheart, did you seriously make the heinous mistake of referring to an Apple product as a PC?! Thats a little offensive. o_0
