Re: Review: Super Mario 64 - The Best Launch Game Ever Made

@Alexface People considering playing a N64 game already expect it to be... N64-like. If I wanted to play a N64 game, I'd rather read reviews based on how things were when it came out, otherwise all games would be rated from 2 to 4 out of 10, which wouldn't be very helpful to me.

I'm really surprised when I hear people say "this game doesn't deserve a 10/10 today". Of course it doesn't, but that's not the point I think. When you read a review, you expect the writer to consider the period during which the game is released. So it's very natural that Super Mario 64 gets a 10/10.

Re: Here's What The Nintendo Switch Looks Like Next To Valve's Steam Deck

Thrallherd

I'm not sure why the Steam Deck is always compared to the Nintendo Switch rather than the Nintendo Switch Lite. The performance is the same with both Nintendo consoles, only the latter is smaller and lighter, which is definitely a thing if you are going to compare it with the Steam Deck. The former can be played on TV, but team Steam Deck will say this is irrelevant. So let's compare the Steam Deck with the Nintendo Switch Lite, please!

Re: Japanese Charts: Zelda: Skyward Sword HD Stays Top As Nintendo Dominates Top Ten

When I was rejoicing in Nintendo winning Amazon's sales the other day, a friend of mine told me that Nintendo users are more likely to buy physical copies than Playstation/XBOX users, mainly because Nintendo is family-oriented and children are much more pleased with cartridges than with digital copies.

That would explain why Nintendo is ahead in sales. Any thoughts?
