The RetroCollect database is missing dozens of titles, mostly all the localized versions which sometimes have different title graphics, licensed characters, sprites, even slight gameplay tweaks… The European set would not be complete without them (according to my rules, of course), as all those variations are what make it so interesting to begin with!
There are more than 467 different "PAL" Game Boy titles. Also, some of those non-European carts have in-game differences that go beyond the title screen or language. And some games on those pics have actually never been released in PAL land!
Anyway, I wouldn't say your quest is over but that is one great collection for sure!
Good game so far, but the frequent crashes are annoying… Anyway, my current suggestions @Cypronia Survival : Random maps, Oxygen meter should refill much faster. Creative: It should be possible to remove the HUD and weapon for nice screenshots.
I do not think that "PlayStation" controller is recent, as I found a couple myself years ago. As for the console, I would be very interested to see what is inside...
Why did they release the game on PS4 when their work might just be the best thing ever on PS5 in the driving sim genre? I paid for the Wii U version and that is what I was expecting to get.
@Damo I've heard that story for quite a few games that later DID get released eventually, but I guess you folks have already contacted the copyright holders or made a petition about it... Illegal is illegal, period.
@Damo You could simply learn some Japanese if you are really interested in that kind of games... that's what I did. Anyway, this is not legal and could actually reduce the chances of a proper localization.
As a stress test or for the people who will buy the game anyway, all is fine. However, as a demo planned for a very specific hour (badly chosen for Europe and Japan, btw) and requiring a large download, it was simply disastrous.
Sorry but that's the kind of game I need to try before I can consider paying the full price. I was on the fence and still is, so I may still give it another shot in a few weeks or months... maybe that's it, if I feel like having more time to waste on that.
@gcunit I'm pretty sure the Deus Ex you bought on Steam was not exactly the same game... I bought it day one on Amazon for £24, and is still arguably the best version out there.

And here I thought they were competent developers... Just scale it down intelligently.

All those people who play games illegally will sure find that interesting...

Re: Splatoon Global Testfire Suffers Major Problems in Final Pre-Launch Session
Too bad, I went to bed 5 minutes before they extended their generous demo. Nothing was announced due to their great communication skills.
Thanks for having wasted my time, Nintendo, and good job cutting cost wherever you can! No more Splatoon for me, I guess.
