Finally another Star Fox, and it's a remake that half of Wii owners probably already own. Well in the end I'll probably end up buying it anyway.

I'm sure that the money they got from reviewers downloading this more than covers the production cost.

I think that they were pushing Pokemon with Diamond. They can't keep making pokemon up forever, and I have no instant attatchment to any of those pokemon (not even the pig). Maybe they should sit down and rethink the Pokemon formula with the pokemon that exist already before they ruin it forever...

My 2 cents. But who knows, maybe this game will be the best of the bunch, despite a few ugly starters.

I think this is a good change in direction. imo, the name Platinum was starting to push it. I hope they pull it off properly.

You might be on to something, this was my very first Mario game and I absolutely loved it. Had nothing else to compare it to.

I don't believe I actually fell for that. I need more pranks to keep me on guard, April Fools isn't celebrated enough around here.

@Kirk: Hadn't thought of that, however I'm pretty sure it's supposed to have motion sensing, making the head tracking obsolete. (and head tracking would really make the console suck - unless they somehow perfect face recognition)

Most of the flaws mentioned here don't seem to apply to the 3DS, so here's hoping.

This sounds cool, only problem, the screen can't be moved a whole lot, you must be directly facing it... even though you almost always would be, it's probably gonna psych me...
Cool diagram, first I thought 3D without glasses wasn't possible, now I guess it makes sense... (yes I am a nerd)
One more plus, this will make playing roms next to impossible!
Edit: One thing I don't get though, is how it can be displayed in normal 2D without separate programming for each game.

I think this would be more fit for a console, still good news though. But how would you implement the touch screen in full 3D?
It'd take an enourmous amount of self-restraint for me to not get this. Maybe I'll wait for the 3DSi and grab a 3DS.

I'll be getting me some points for the first time in a long while. Never played Game & Watch games.

Needs a 9. Maybe it is more of the same, but sometimes change isn't always best. I certainly liked this game much more than Super Paper Mario, but it's good that they didn't use the exact same formula 3 times in a row - then I'd start complaning. I do hope they return Paper Mario to what it used to be (more or less).

I've got the Wii version, I mostly use it just to play in Retro Evolved mode. Don't know why, but I like it much better than the other levels. Using the connect to DS feature I got a glimpse of this game, and I think I like the Wii version more (not to say it isn't fun to play the DS version). The audio and graphics are much more polished on the Wii.

I saw him playing multiplayer, he didn't say how, correct me if I'm wrong.
And Starboy's talking about the original SNES (I think).

I agree that this is affecting the retro market, but after I downloaded Mario RPG, My brother went and got a copy for 70 dollars. So the retro market's not dead yet, people love to have the originals.
