Re: 3DS Battery Life Revealed

@Ecto-1: Hehe, it reads kind of like the instructions for those cheap Chinese console rip-offs. Nice info if you can work through the engrish, though, although this particularly caught my eye, and not for a good reason:

  • Purchased new Nintendo software download software and data move function can be moved to 3DS. Nintendo DSi from Nintendo DSi Nintendo DSi LL and you can move the software. There is a limit to the number of moving. Some software can not move.

Some 3rd party should make some kind of solar-powered induction charger mat that looks like a burrito. Just slip your 3DS in that, wrap it up, and put it in your pocket with the panels facing up for juice anywhere!

Re: Got Move or Kinect? Then Check Out Our Other Sites!

lol another advertising article. Not like it's a big deal, though, you guys have made some appealing sites with Movemodo and KINECTaku.

Hmm, a little teaser, though, huh? Well, chances are if it's not iThings, it has a higher chance of not being anything I would be too interested in. Come to think of it, I don't even own a iAnything! Well, good luck, anyway.

Re: Talking Point: Zelda: Skyward Sword is 2011's Biggest Game

I feel like people are worrying a little too much. As long as you have fun with the game, who cares about the general consensus about it's quality? No matter how most people think this game is when it releases, it's going to be fun to play to many people. After all, Nintendo doesn't take it's killer franchises lightly.

(Let the arguing over WW, TP, and so on and so on's quality escalate even higher now. >:3)

Hmm....what Square game would be good on VC......besides the obvious Chrono Trigger........tbh, I'm not quite sure. Wasn't a big Square fan back in the SNES days, though I am now. Final Fantasy and World Heroes should be a couple of fine releases, though.

Re: Talking Point: Your Favourite Nintendo Christmas Memories

SilverBaretta

I was 3 or 4, I believe. I had no idea video games existed. Then Christmas came. My cousin gave me a package. It was his hand-me-down SNES, which, at the time, was just ending it's lifecycle. My sister, of all people seemed to know what it was, and was the one who hooked it up. Watching her play Super Mario All-Stars, (which my cousin also gave to me as a gift, because who wants a system with no games to play on it?) I was enthralled by all the moving colors and the little chubby guy who jumped on brown mushrooms. Then, I actually got to play. Needless to say, I was terrible, but as time went on, I gt better and better, and my adoration of video games grew deeper and deeper. Now I sit here today, sharing this memory of how my habit came to be, all because of that one Christmas.

@Superlink64: Hahaha, a waffle maker for christmas, that would be hilarious to me if I got it.

O Christmas Tree, Epiphany, and Snake Eater were my favorites. O Christmas Tree was fast-paced and frantic, just how I like my chiptunes, Epiphany was both beautiful and kickin' at the same time, and Snake Eater is just an awesome track period. (It kind of reminds me of the Tina Turner "GoldenEye" track, too, oddly enough) Nice podcast, Jon!
