@AllBLK you can hardly blame them, DF are basically the go to place for game performance news. Their site is ran by Hookshot Media too now funnily enough.
One of the most open game directors of all time too with the community. I don't know about anyone else, but when I think fighting games, the first person I think of is Harada San.
@Bats1234 Yeah, it feels like after Metroid, the only mainline first party game that's scheduled is Fire Emblem, and 2024 was a pretty weak year for Nintendo too. I'm not too concerned though. Nintendo does have a habbit of randomly announcing system defining games when they're only five or six months from release.
@NotASockPuppet CD is good, but it’s actually rather easy and the original Mega CD version has ocassional slowdown. Advance 1 I thought took way too long for characters to speed up, and Advance 2 for me was an experience in constantly running into things.
@Orpheus79V I’d personally add Sonic 1, Sonic CD, Sonic Pocket Adventure, Sonic Advance and Sonic Advance 2 to the list of 2D games I thought were worse than Superstars (and I have played all of them)
I liked Sonic Superstars. Not the best 2D Sonic game, but far FAR from the worst one either.
Frontiers I thought was a bit meh to be honest. The open world itself was boring, and I didn't like the repeated assets and level designs from previous games.
Shadow Generations is awesome though, I hope we get more of that kind of design.
Lady Dimitresque actually won the best performance award at the Game Awards, so I can see the logic in Capcom wanting to use her as the key marketing character.

Re: UK Charts: Nintendo Performs Admirably In Its Last Christmas Push
@Solid_Python People have been predicting #Nintendoomed for so long now that by the time if and when it happens, I would've lost all interest.

Re: Beyond Good & Evil 2 Job Listing Shows There's Signs Of Life In The Old Hog Yet
@ShadLink And just like with DNF, I'm looking forward to the "Wha Happun" videos and a possible Jason Schrier article than I am the game itself.
Re: Beyond Good & Evil 2 Job Listing Shows There's Signs Of Life In The Old Hog Yet
Who's Ubisoft looking to target with this? From everything we know about it so far, it doesn't seem to be targetting fans of the first game.
And how many kids are like "I wish we got a sequel to that PS2 game that came out before I was born, and most people have never heard of."

Disappointing but not surprising
Re: Sonic Mania 2 Prototype Artwork Revealed By Christian Whitehead
@Nintendo4Sonic Mania was better in most aspects, but I do feel like Superstars offered more originality that Mania was lacking at times.
Re: Nintendo Sends Out Second Game-Key Card & Physical Game Survey
@AllBLK I’m more optimistic than that. If nothing is going to change, then why conduct the survey to begin with?
