@Xamorus PS4 has sold 13.5 millions while Wii U has sold 7 millions and Wii U has been out 2 years while PS4 has been out 1 year. Yup, pretty mediocre sales if you ask me.

144 + 130 = 274

So yeah, both you and I were wrong. Microsoft and Nintendo combined have 8 more owned franchises than Sony. :=)

People (especially Nintendo fans) might not know that Sony actually has more exclusive franchises than Nintendo and Microsoft combined. Granted not more iconic franchises but more nevertheless.

If I had to choose I would choose Sony and Nintendo any day because they deliver the most quality, exclusive content. And this is also why I bought a PS4 and a Wii U for this generation.

I can guarantee that in a couple of years, PS4 and Wii U will be the consoles with the best games on them, just like PS3 and Wii were last generation.

@DESS-M-8 You just don't get it. The Cross-Buy term alone means "pay once get multiple versions of the game". Because of that, there is no such thing as "Cross-Buy Discount". You can't just slap two words together that don't make any sense. Do you even English bro? Lol

And also, lots of indie developers have Cross-Buy on their games on the Playstation consoles and it works wonderfully. You're just a person who hasn't experienced it and just runs off a theory of how it can't work.

It's not CROSS-BUY. Cross-Buy is when you pay one amount for a game that you'll get on multiple platforms. As far as I can see, you have to pay both for the Wii U and the 3DS version, therefore it is not Cross-Buy. Really hate it when companies or news sites uses the term like that.

Well at least Nintendo is keeping up with one of the many next-gen features.

@willgord Are you by any change registered to the eShop/Wii Shop Channel? I tried using unused CN codes there but the site said that I needed to connect my CN account to the Shop channels. :/

@KTT I've heard that you don't get send stuff if you're in an other country other than the one you're in. Is there a confirmation that you can get stuff such as codes from the UK even if you don't live in UK?

This is great news, can't be happier right now. I don't want to spend money on two huge games during the same month (ORAS and Smash) so this is great for me. It gives me two weeks to enjoy both ORAS and MK8 DLC before buying Smash. Also glad that they have a bundle with only the adapter and not with an extra controller as well.

@ledreppe But I already have an external hard drive that is on Nintendo's recommended list, it still says that I need to buy a USB Y cable. I honestly think that it would solve the problem but I don't want to spend 10 bucks on something that I should not have to spend on. Right now I'm surviving without one but in a few years, I'll probably want to have one ready.

Does anyone know if this update fixes the external hard drive problem that's been occurring the past months since the update in May-June? People including me are having problems connecting their hard drives to the system and download games successfully. The Wii U only says that the hard drive got disconnected and that I need a USB Y cable for it. I've read that this wasn't the case months ago, it occurred when a new update was added.

I actually think that the people who are complaining in this comment section are less aware of the world than the teenagers are in the video. They seem to not acknowledge the fact that there are people out there who aren't gamers. These people just simply don't care about video games. Shocking isn't it?

@IxC Those "millions of games" didn't have the option for DLC seeing as how there was no online back then and there were technical limitations. DLC is a great way to make the games still relevant years after their release. The game is complete, whether you like it or not. This is extra content for people who still want fresh stuff to play on their game. I really don't get "traditional" people like you. How can more stuff be bad?

@Retro_on_theGo Well no, because you can't even do anything in a level if you don't start off pulling a b(l)ox. And I don't know this for a fact, but I think you do even more pulling than pushing in the game.

I've recently become a fan of the Shin'en games, first game being Jett Rocket, then Art of Balance. Hopefully this game will be cheap, include richer content and a small download-size to make it fit for my 3DS. Either way, I'm glad it's at least coming to the EU too.
