Re: NES Visual Compendium Dispute Comes To An End, Kickstarter Resumes For Final 24 Hours

@Kirk Btw I wasn't referring to you at all. You didn't say anything hateful. I agree there are circumstances where it is unnecessary, but looking at the book in this scenario seemed like to far. My mom originally showed me it and I was completely surprised it didn't infringe in copy right. So when it was shut down I wasn't surprised. What I was saying about haters though was about other scenarios, because lots of times people complain about Nintendo being to over protective of their franchises, when they really aren't. Sometimes, but not a lot.

@-DEMISE- @jimi I completely agree. You even have to pay thousands of dollars to sing happy birth day on TV! So why do people complain about Nintendo specifically!? I'm not talking about anyone specifically (on this article. >.<) but the haters are just nuts these days. Everything Nintendo does is wrong; next thing you know they give every Wii U owner $500 and people will complain that they only have a 3DS, then boycott Nintendo. Then when other people say those who don't have a Wii U should've gotten one, they'll just blame the poor marketing.

Re: NSPCC Believes Pokémon GO is "Susceptible To Being Hijacked" By Those That Could Harm Young Players

PieNinja

@PlywoodStick Thanks, I wish more people would do more research and realize the "radical Muslim terrorists" are actually following their religion, and the ones who are peaceful are the radicals. Of course I'm on the peaceful's side, but I feel calling those wonderful people Muslims is horrible because true Muslims are terrorists.

I respect their religion even if its rooted from the hateful true Muslims, but since the original religion is so perverse I feel it's horrible to call peaceful "Muslims" Muslims. That's just how I see it, since they're so different.

Re: NSPCC Believes Pokémon GO is "Susceptible To Being Hijacked" By Those That Could Harm Young Players

PieNinja

@PlywoodStick I actually do agree with that. Partly. Some Christians aren't actually Christians. Of course it's completely different though because some try to be better Christians all the time, whereas the peaceful Muslims are different on purpose. The more Muslims trying to be peaceful, the better. And the more Christians not persecuting gays the better. But those people are in the wrong religion. I'm for religious freedom, and people bending the rules in old ones is fine, but that makes them not truly in that religion.

Re: NSPCC Believes Pokémon GO is "Susceptible To Being Hijacked" By Those That Could Harm Young Players

PieNinja

@Vincent294 Heh yeah the sane ones. That's the thing though, the sane Muslims aren't following their religion. In their holy book it says to do terror. So @PlywoodStick by Muslims I only mean the terrorists, who are the ones following their holy book. And lots of media don't target Muslims very often. But when they do I want them to be specific, because not all Muslims are bad, just the true ones following their book. One media actually went so far as to blaming Christians for the Florida shooting, for creating an atmosphere of hate. I'm not a christian, and yeah most Christians do persecute gays, but the Muslims were the ones who did it. I wish we would stop calling peaceful Muslims Muslims, because there's a huge difference, and they aren't actually Muslims.

@SetupDisk OH MY GOD YAAAS I REMEMBER THAT! It actually came to my mind when hearing all this "going into the world is DANGEROUS!" crap. Really it's all the parents fault. It's not a huge company's responsibility to keep children safe.

And really, the media contradicts themselves all the time. "Video games make people stay inside to much! Video games make people go OUTSIDE to much!" WTH!?

Re: NSPCC Believes Pokémon GO is "Susceptible To Being Hijacked" By Those That Could Harm Young Players

@BLPs

First time I laughed all day!
Truly to true. I can't stand it when everyone looks at the negative. And what company gets the worst of it? Nintendo. No matter what they do people complain. They do something amazing people complain. Then they do the exact opposite and get more crap from the haters. It truly makes me sick to the stomach. People will always find a way to complain. >_<

Re: Feature: A Year On - Satoru Iwata and His Enduring Legacy

PieNinja

@Allspice That was all very nice and completely true. Exactly the same for me. I literally can't type or speak about him without going blind from tears. The only reason I was able to talk about him today is because I mostly know where the keys are. I'm still crying as I write this.

I have a ton of posts about him on miiverse, and I'm trying to get everyone to change their mii's cloths color to white. (In Japan people wear white when they're mourning)

Re: Feature: A Year On - Satoru Iwata and His Enduring Legacy

PieNinja

@Anti-Matter if it was any other company I'd be scared out of my wits that'd happen. But they're Nintendo and they're stubborn in the best way possible. Even though I think they're starting to do better I know they will never go down without a fight. I just wish people would stop becoming these gaming zombies and only get satisfied at R rated content. Idc about 3rd party content on NX, except for the fact more people will buy it. And I think that NX will be absolutely amazing because it was the last thing Iwata-san worked on.

Re: Feature: A Year On - Satoru Iwata and His Enduring Legacy

PieNinja

In Japan people wear white to show they're mourning. So to show I'm thinking of him I changed my mii's clothes to white. I've never been more devastated in my whole life when I heard he passed. Mostly because I wanted him to know how much I appreciated my favorite console, the Wii U. Everyone just hated his most recent work, and still do for no reason. I hope anyone reading this will change their mii's clothes to white too. By the end of the day I at least want to see a few people on miiverse wearing white.

Re: Nintendo is Opening a Kirby Café in Japan

PieNinja

I'm beyond of the beyond relieved right now. When I heard they were making restaurants I was so paranoid it wouldn't be based off their IP's and they'd slow down in gaming. Then again I knew if they were based off there IP's it would be absolutely amazing! And of course in Japan first...

Re: Video: Here's What Pokémon GO Looks Like in the Real World

PieNinja

Don't you guys realize it's in real world? If you're watching it on here it will look super boring. But it's not just a game you sit on the couch to play. You're going into real world, so watching a video won't do it justice. It doesn't look super crappy though. It doesn't look great but it literally just came out. And the phone version isn't even all of it. There's the watch, which is a bit pricey, but you guys gotta understand it's not necessarily for gamers.

Re: Splatoon's Last Splatfest is Next Month

PieNinja

I'm excited for the theme! And what I'm most excited about is Callie said, "Put up or shut up!" Then Marie said, "Fine! Next time we play for keeps!" Just like everything else, think they could cooperate it in?

Re: Splatoon's Last Splatfest is Next Month

PieNinja

@Yorumi I actually had to go so I couldn't list any more. I don't live on here you know. So I tried to some it all up by basically saying they try to please everyone and in result can sometimes not do enough. And I agree there aren't many games for Wii U. Ultra Smash wasn't as good as it could have been... and that's all.

Re: Splatoon's Last Splatfest is Next Month

PieNinja

@ YorumiFirst of all, all the false things. Nintendo is always yelled at for free to download apps, or DLC. They call it "cash grabs". Yet people complain about lack of DLC for Wii! They finale give it to you and no one likes it. Then there's the Smash Ballot. Everyone complained no matter who they let in, so they said fine! We'll let you vote! America got Cloud (maybe not from the results but he was still wanted) Europe got Bayonetta. And Japan got Corrin. Everyone's reaction? "WE DIDN'T GET SHREK!!! Then there's the 3DS. They gave 4 options for everyone. The younger kids who can't spend a lot of $? 2DS, The adult gamers who feel left out? New 3DS XL. They have things for EVERYONE. But the thing is because they focuas on everything people feel left out. Not enough adult games! To much $! Not enough power! They try to meet in the middle, but everyone has a problem with that.

Re: Splatoon's Last Splatfest is Next Month

PieNinja

@Yorumi I understand why people get mad when multi player stops. When they did that for the Wii it was a very rash and desperate decision. But who said they would for Splatoon or Wii U? They said repeatedly that they want Wii U owners to know they aren't dropping it just yet. And I'm sick of people saying they don't care about their costumers. I can go on about a million reasons why they do and people only find the littlest things to complain about. But I don't want to argue.

Re: Splatoon's Last Splatfest is Next Month

PieNinja

@Yorumi I really don't understand why people want the same old stuff. Isn't the point of gaming to have something a bit different? And if Wii U is as terrible as they make it sound (even though it's not, and if xbox made it they'd be ALL over it!) shouldn't people be happy? I understand disappointment, but Mono No Aware. It is a Japanese word understanding the importants of things, and how they do not last forever. But like the cherry blossoms, it makes it all the more beautiful.

Re: Splatoon's Last Splatfest is Next Month

PieNinja

@Yorumi I'm pretty sure they'll make it for NX. Maybe not launch but with the comments on how Zelda BOTW has helped with physics and stuff for future games I'm sure games will come faster now. It's a bit early for Splatfests to end, but they gotta have there focus on a sequel. I'm guessing holiday season 2017.

Re: Splatoon's Last Splatfest is Next Month

PieNinja

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Eh, nvm it'd be stupid for them to keep going and not start something new. Seriously everyone expects to get 10000+ hours out of Nintendo games. They're only 30-60$! Can't you just buy the sequel if you like it so much?
