@Mickeymac-All good points, just want to clarify that I said "If they paid for at least some of the games they pirate, then some games would do better." For instance, I buy a lot of games used, so technically I am legally fine but not helping the developer, but I do buy some of my games new. I can't say what a pirate's ratio of buying/pirating is, all I'm saying is for every game they don't/couldn't pirate, they might have bought that game, hence the sales would have been 1 better.

Well said, there's no reason to get the Wii version in a case like this. Then again, I dislike Sonic, so I won't be getting it period, especially not for $15.

I'll be getting DKCR practically for sure, passing on Wii Party, and may or may not pick up Kirby's Epic Yarn. I do think this is an important time, but I doubt that the Wii will falter just yet.

Luigi's Mansion is a classic and underrated in my opinion. Like many other gems, its quality is hotly debated by other Nintendo fans, but I've played it through more than nearly any other Mario game.

So like, cheaper is better. You can always sell a 3G dongle or something in the future and gauge interest that way.

Sonic 4-overpriced and likely overrated/overhyped. But I guess we'll see.

Above-average Sonic games? That's not likely to happen and even then, the brand has largely killed itself in the last 10 years so most won't trust the name to have another go. I wonder if SEGA genuinely made this decision or were already done with reprinting and used it for this publicity stunt.

I worked it out and he has less than 115 seconds per game, so I think he's gonna play each for about a minute or so.

It's probably gonna play pretty similar. Shame you didnt care for it, Mickeymac. It has soem of the flaws of the genre (too many battles) but it's also a lot more fun and creative in its battle and magic systems than most RPGs.

Well, Shantae finally came out which is awesome. Of course, I don't have a DSi, which is why I'm perfectly fit to complain~! Just kidding, even though I don't want this week's VC, its appearance has still appeased me.

Hmm now I don't know if I'd rather have the HD version on PS3 or the 3D, portable version on 3DS.

Why can't they allowpeople take their SD cards and put it in a computer and email them the file and then email the corrected one back, as an option? So much faster and cheaper for everyone involved. Or, y'know, patch the damn game like nearly any other platform is capable of. But that would be ridiculous.

I tried out Zenonia for iTouch. No way its worth $8, it might play better but I still was not impressed gameplay-wise. Graphics and campaign-wise it was decent.

I agree with The Fox. Patches are necessary for many titles but Nintendo won't allow them most of the time. Yes, this means people have to up their game (pun intended) but it also means catastrophes like this happen that take way too long to fix.
