It would have cut cost and brought the price of the WIi U down considerably and i wouldnt have to charge my controller after every game session lol

Nintendo should have made an HD console with an normal controller and have had the 3DS used as a touch screen controller and eliminated the completely useless gamepad.
It would have encouraged sales of both machines to households. There nothing a 3DS can do as a controller than the gamepad cant

The only person to blame is yourself Nintendo! You so stubborn in your ways that u refuse to change or do somthing different or please your fan base that u losing out on sales and loyalist!

The reason the Wii U is not selling well is that you are trying to hard to market it as a Wii. You are not giving us a new experience or new games.
Every system has given us something new to experience and thats the reason we have bought a new system.
The N64 brought us 3D gaming in the forms of mario 64 and ocarina. You also gave us 1080 and wave race. All new experiences.
The gamecube gave us Metroid prime a first person adventure game plus Pikmin, four swords and wind waker graphics.
The Wii gave us wii sports, motion control, wii fit and the balance board.

What has the Wii U bought us. Another wii fit, another new super mario bros, Another wii sports, another donkey countrym another wario ware game, another wind waker and pikmin 3. Reggie even said about pikmin 3 when it didnt sell well thats its impossible to please gamers. Ummmmmm no reggie we were waiting for pikmin 3 all of the wii cycle why did we have to wait to buy a new console to play it,

We want something new, people want to spend money on a new console for something new. Give us a reason to love the Wii U for something we havent seen and then it will sell well.

The chances of this selling well as it is was sooooooo slim but now because of the price increase square enix will be lucky if they sell 1000 copiers of this lol

@Caryslan OMG Fi is sooooooooo annoying! every 2 second "master u are dying u need potion" yeah thx i know! Everyone goes on about navi being annoying but Fi was the worse.
Also Besides the water temple and its boss i cant even think of another temple or boss that stood out. they were all just ok. Some of the bosses were a joke like the one in the pirate ship with the tentacle hair! what the hell?
The desert section was sooooo boring i just wanted it over besides the time stones which was a brilliant idea.
Seriously go start the game over and see how far you get before u get bored and turn it off

AM i the only person who didnt enjoy Skyward sword? Yeah the motion controls were amazing but in general i found it boring and bland with nothing much to do outside of the main quest. I thought the characters and enemies were flat and the dungeons boring. Ive played through all the 3D zelda games many times but i have no desire to go play through SS again and that says alot

Twilight princess is not only my fav zelda game of all time but my fav game in general of all time. Its about time someone gave it the respect it deserves. Its a masterpiece

This game was way ahead of its time. It was made to be played with the wiimote and nunchuck. if it was remade using it, it would be even more amazing and deserves higher than a 7 as is

They did say they were going to have a nintendo direct focusing on wonderful 101 so this must be it

i live in america and my brother lives in the UK we can never send each other games to swap or presents because of region locking on nintendo's consoles

I was not interested at all in this game because i wanted a new galaxy game but when i played it today at nintendo world i was blown away. Its looks beautiful and amazing. Just as pretty as a galaxy game u have to play it in HD to understand it so cool

Another donkey country game, another 3d mario land game, another mario kart game, another mario party game! yeah those are great game and i will love them but come on we had these games in the last year already we want something more exciting and new this was a disappointment on many levels

Now that we have the summer line up out the way. June through September the next Nintendo Direct can focus on the holidays Oct through Jan and it going to be over whelming in Epicness. Mario 3D October. Mario kart and WW HD november and hopefully smash bros or retro studio game for christmas. This holiday season going to be amazing for Wii U

With this and fire emblem it seems to me this is nintendo's plan. Create a scenario where customers are forced to buy the digital copy cause the physical copy is hard to find. By doing this nintendo is creating a scene where more and more people are turning to digital because then nintendo does not have to deal with used games and production cost.
