I too was all hyped and the 1500pt tag just killed it for me.

I hate getting odd priced games as you get left over points.

I have had 500pts sitting in my account for over a year and just got Happy Hammering thinking this would be 1000pts looks like I should have waited.

Unless Nintendo starts offering 500pts to be purchased this will have to wait until I either get two 1500pt games or I find another good 500pt game to go along with it.

I really wish Nintendo would offer us to purchase single points.

Looks like a lot of good games are coming soon.
Also it's about time Max and the Magic Marker gets a release date.
I feel like if I have been chasing that purple monster (release date) forever.

How does this game end up getting released before "Rage of the Gladiator" by Ghostfire games?

(You use internet sharring to bridge the devices)

Is the gladiator weaponry a virtual gift used in the game or accessories for the Wii?

This game kind of looks a little like Neves Plus.
However it looks more complicated because of both distance and rotation to make the puzzle vs Neves rotation and flipping.

I am thinking of just sticking with Neves Plus vs this game.
This one costs more 800pts vs 600pts
It also has less puzzles 100 vs 500+

@J.Lowther Cheer up at least some reviewers found it ok like Ninteno Okie (Tony) did.

Take this as a learning experience if you plan to continue WiiWare development and learn from your mistakes.

I also have to commend you on your attitude towards the reviews and hope you have better luck next time.

I would also have wanted a game more like Overflow than this.

Wow, Bomberman for DSiWare is only 500 points.

I want PopCap to release Feeding Frenzy and Hammer Heads for the DsiWare.

@KnucklesSonic8 I was actually looking forward to more of the Q4 games like Max and the Magic Marker, Pokemon Rumble, and Furry Legends but will probably have to wait a lot longer especially if they are not yet finished releasing all of those Q3 games.

But you never know what they will release next.

This 15th Nintendo in their press release said all of these WiiWare Games were planned for Q3.

Is the demo of Combat of Giants: Dragons on the Wii's Nintendo Channel for the DS the same as the one coming for the DSi?

People may not be going online because they don't have a Wireless Access Point in their homes.

I do wish Nintendo would have added support for a Ad-Hoc network to the Wii as it would have lowered the start-up costs of getting Wireless access and made it easier for other people to connect.

Another reason for more people not going online may also be that typical broadband access is not available everywhere.

So when you are out in the sticks your choices are either expensive satellite or a cellular mobile USB high speed modem.
Nintendo also lists these types of devices as unsupported.

Probably because how would a person share these connections.
If you already have wireless most likely you can only share a Ad-Hoc network that the Wii does not support. Also most cheap wireless routers can't connect to the USB device.

Not only that but Nintendo has discontinued there WiFi USB key that would create a virtual access point.

So I guess next step to try and look for another WiFi USB key that can create the virtual access point needed to connect. Most of these software access point devices are not sold in stores and people don't know that much about them.

Will this have a Download and Play feature to play with our DS lite friends locally that can't access DSiWare?

That or can we only play with other DSi owners that have also purchased this game.

What would be nice is if DSiWare was more like WiiWare and we could gift a free client to play with others like Dr. Mario Online RX.

Matt Casamassina from IGN must really have liked Max and the Magic Marker as he said.

I will also admit I am very excited about this game too.

However, I am wondering why no one is mentioning anything about the music of this game as from what I understand it is also unique with the game having a metronome, which handles just about all sound effects in the game.

PressPlay said "the music in the game, it’s dynamic, changing according to where in the level you are....So for instance when you knock down a pile of boxes and they fall to the ground, the sound of each box hitting the ground is triggered just in time to make it sound like it’s a part of the music"

@Prochnow Yes, you can currently buy a DSi from Dell in the USA with free shipping.

I did a quick search on Dell's Europe site and did not see a DSi so you are correct their focus is mostly on computers.

About time DSiWare starts getting good and innovative games.
I will probably definitely be getting this one.

I also like how they are using the camera feature. This is what a DSi was made for games like this not mini retail games.

I never played the original Shantae but what kind of disappoints me is that it will be released as episodic titles

So either the game is to big for a single 800 point game (how big can a DSiWare game be?) or WayForward wants to milk Shantae fans for more money by making it episodic.

For me this would have been a good addition to my DSiWare want list but the episodic idea kind of scares me away.

At least Furry Legends: Beginnings will be another platformer type game coming to DSiWare to look forward to if this remains a little to scary to download.

I do have to say that DSiWare is now getting more interesting.
Here I was thinking that I would only have Furry Legends: Beginnings and Reflection to look forward to.

It cost me $151.57 for a DSi from Dell.

I used the money I saved and made a separate order using the same coupon code to get a TekCase for $22.28

Let's just hop that if the exclusive DSi-only games use the camera that they are better then the DSiWare WarioWare: Snapped! game.

Hopefully, that take advantage of the better CPU instead.

I also noticed the developer announced a Furry Legends beginnings for the DSiWare.

This is on the top of my list of upcomming WiiWare games comming soon to watch for.
