Well MS got it and who knows how long it has been in dev. So cash out your investment's portfolio or sale your car and buy an Xbox(1/360)(X)^2 or whatever they call it now, and saddle up for Vanquish 2! Whoo!
Then there's all the 3rd parties and the quite a few more first party games.
Not to mention only the latest Wolfensteins and Dooms, xbc2, now xbc, Luigi's Mansion, that virtual animal thing, and you can even grab 101 and AC, made by Platinum.
I'm still waiting in XBCX port...think how I feel. But that want stop me from enjoying the console. They're not going to cancel the games. You'll just be old and put-upon by the time they come out (oh god it's so freaking fracking funny).
Ok ok I'm joking. Have some optimism. Bayo 3 def looking like this oct based on all we know. Bc if not, you re waiting til next Sept or October. You hear that... That was an organ, oh yeah, Yep, key of dminor, mmhmm, down the scale..oh. hear that..it was a faint wawawawaaaaaaaaaaah.
@countzero
Hehehehehe.. hehehehe.. yeah? What he said? Everyone else ever!?
Actually my ex got me my Switchafunbox 50000.. I should say my beloved ex with that fact standing for her, but she was also jealous of the Switch with respite, although we played.
Anyhoo (wooow), I do see your point and I have been apart of both camps. I've actually been fortunate enough to be gifted my early adopted platforms and have purchased may latter adopted, and have waited no matter what for games I want to come along. When Bayo 3 comes out, you think what's a dude threading up there is done buying games? No! He a for other games he'll be slinging shade to come out after Bayo 3. He probably couldn't wait for Luigi 3 announcement or was terrified about not seeing ACNH gamplay trailers before it launched and stole souls in mass, like a pandemic itself.
But ya know, if you'd had bought this thing on the wing and a prayer, that Suda 51 wld release NMH3, you'd actually have a release year, and pretty much could guess the quarter it's coming in. Which is a delightful brain freeze moment really. It's like that second in your mind, when your thinking and talking, and a creeper sneeze comes up. It's hard to wrap your mind around to a degree, and explain that thought, and even after the sneeze you have to remember where you were. It's rather hilarious.
If your that confident to buy the console for a couple games, then you should be confident enough to wait for those games to finish production. Take that from I, a WiiU-sage. We got our games even devil's third and finally BOTW. 5 yrs is the most any one has to wait any way (bwahahahaha oh god oh god, too fun, bwahahahaha) you can do it!
@DrDaisy Metroid seeps fear deep deep bactophagy fear into the bonds of my mucosal membrane... Wait am I talking about ulcers..ha you got me doc Daisy..ha
Like what WTF happened? Perhaps, deep within the vaults of Ntdo RnD1 building, obscured by pallets of Ntdo "love sticks," someone found a mummified employee clutching an inscribed washi scroll, detailing the greatest Metroid ever imagined. Did someone explode in a secret underground, EAD bunkerlab in Kyoto, fighting for their very life, against innumerable odds to stop a menace, that could destroy the Galaxy? Was Bandai Namco really making the game initially? Could it have been that bad?
And the mind swoggler is, Retro wasn't working in Metroid Prime 4, from the beginning!!!? What? Wha.. whar.. wa.. is everyone alright? Who died this time? Did Tanabe super smash someone to death on the dev team? He'll go empire strikes back like that, you gotta watch em.
I'm sure the answer, is: Ntdo did find The Love Stick Yokoi-mummy w secret suace love stick formula, Tanabe sacrificed a Capcom staffer, and Retro finally got back home to Texas from Burning Man, and was able to return a phone call to Ntdo: blurp...blurp.. "ah yeah, we made it..hiccup.. yeah we can do the game now; mmhm, yeah, me and my staff, few days to come down, we'll get right to work.. oh no, yeah I still have the Turok suit, oh no, no it's still green but it smells horri..oh ok yeah, soon, that's possible, thank you {laughter..indescriminate..breathing... indescriminate..}, ok, yeah, {chuckles} ok then, buhbye." I wasn't there though. Who can say?
@graysoncharles
Ah yeah... It is. And honestly, that level of confidence directed at fans, you should be smitten. This man is not a liar or exaggerator. He is the exceed all wildest dreams kind of guy. He's a slugger. Scrutinize Suda51, for nonexistent or late dates, irreverent sneak peaks (which are great, he gets that you need know nothing before, to actually enjoy a game for what actually is), development hiakus, and whatever you get production quality. But Kamiya, has only stepped into slobber knockers, and stepped right back out again. Arm to the sky, sparkling silver glints cascading from his glowing raised fist, heavyweight belt slung on shoulder. It is a moment that looks in every way like triumph, not reprieve (that's right Kamiya out sudas Suda).
Wait, then why do you play the franchise? And things are not more uncertain than Bayo 2 even w some reveals. We've been spoon-fed too much, and now it s hard to pick up and hold the fork, ourselves.
AC is not a great Platinum experience. It's of great quality, but it s execution is none like Bayo. There is merit but AC also pines for a slightly seperate fanbase than you and I (and believe me, I can tell, we are one).
Wonderful 101 wasn't going to be ported. And Kamiya deferred no real resource for it. It was kickstarted and ported. Platinum didn't get to optimize that title. That's on Ntdo, as that is another plat/Ntdo only license, and Ntdo knew fans wanted it, and they knew plat was filled on Bayo 3, and they still didn't use their EAD to bring a strong port, or even a notable Porter.
What's a sneak going to do? Especially now? The game is finished. And I believe, Bayo 3 could have been out last October, but AC was prioritized by Ntdo to target a kiddier base.
@Souflee
Agreed, but welcome to the first world. And I get it, they haven't updated us w screenshots or a single Direct. But this sort of insecurity is being chimed in by those that didn't play Bayo 2. Fans that have, seem to be wryly more confident.
Screenshots and addresses, that's really for a product that needs fans to push it along. It needs hype just to survive production. And when it does come out, too often it is the coat tails of that hype, it rides rather than the craftsmanship. So many games are like this. Did reveal and sneaks, make Anthem a better game? Did it actually instill an out the gate install base, or did stifle it's own creation, by producing wait and seers. And that's the point, the more you release, the more wait-and-seers you have, bc they are being fed things to see. They get those nibbles, and it actually assauges their FOMA, and they put off obtaining the product. Did a Crackdown trailer they showed you 6 months and 2 n half years after announcement look exactly what you saw 4 yrs later, after launch? And if it did, which it does, they've marginalized the game by just trying to say hey here it does exist. That inlet they give us to peer in, doesn't help production, and in all, severely undercuts sales (by creating customers that think they know something, they just do not).
Bayo franchise is high quality h20. Fans in the know, are going to sit back and wait, feet up and arms folded behind head; the true leeeeaaaannnñnn BACK. We know how good and we know we need stay out the kitchen because something so delicious and pleasing, the chef needs all the space, time, and silence, we can give. If Ntdo released screenshots of this game yrs ago, and they couldn't give us a date, I wld be anxious. Platinum goes harder and longer than anyone, and their products are always tidied up and on time (within the quarter usually of they are delayed). If Kamiya says 95 he means 98 percent. So grab your popcorn and astroglide, cause Cereza, she is coming.
I think you're supposed to anticipate this title. Ntdo announcing it when it did was essential. Us install fans, need to be told what's coming from beginning to end, like a little wanna be board room. I wld not have been please having no info about Bayo or Metroid until they launched. And a mainstay title, I expect work and diligence. 2 yrs is good. Metroid a the disappointed puppy here.
It seems like ACNH doesn't quite scratch everyone's itch as a Ntdo exclusive, so you're saying fan clamor for that more adult, action packed Ntdo title. That part of the core base, wants their Ntdo exclusive to play too. But it's patience. I want Bayo to be Bayo, not reskinned AC or Bayo 2. It deserves to be as flashy and awe inspiring as it's predecessors.
Listen to your brothers and sisters, ntdy fans, Bayo will be here in October this year!!
@B_Lindz Broken record B... broken record. You can try, but if you could roll back this board every year, like the pages of a calenders flipping between your thumb and index, the oil on paper feel as the swoosh of smelly stale air wooshing your hair back. And you keep flipping, all the way back. Just a swooshing like a cartoon real thru the blog's pages, unto the time "Ntdo Come," and you would see that very same argument, in zoetrope definition and animation!!
That is true but you pay them way too much and their file system is jank, when you rcv that "free" offerz you'll delete for games and dlc you did buy. Which isn't free to even have access to extra discounts.
On sony it's a locked license they let you use in when you pay them and are online. And the connectivity ebbs and flows per game per server, meaning direct connect is the only way to go for consistent connections, which will have hiccups and glitches and drops. There are only like three major online titles anyway. And they have all adopted pay to play predation in some way, mostly via gruelling in game economies and leveling, in one shape or proportion.
The rest, wish people played them consistent or consistently didn't have server issues (usually albeit over hours duration gameplay you see the hiccups). Unless, you're a codder. Then your need for online butt wipery has credence.
The offers used to be pretty good, but, PS Play came along, and made those offers look like what they are. Old useless crap they shovel a license out at you over and over. Same with the games on sale and special offer. They're old, tired licenses on Play or once offered on Plus. And your waiting for publisher events just like the other platforms. But that's pushing into an online store tangent.
That level of expectancy of what you should get from membership, not how good and affordable the service should be, none of the consoles offer value. Top buck for what you get as a member and online functionality across the board, community to storefront, and server support, the gold standard is steam. That's a long list (and you know, I'm gonna list it) with their free full license give aways you can HD download for life (then absconded in all matters of digital devilry/ user enabling freedom of property), cross device licenses, full community and server support, sales w coupons, and return policies, it's almost like you're giving them real money and they are giving you real products. Sony, Ntdo and even xbo(x)ne, in most facets, you're just renting licenses for a time or the life time of the machine. Certainly only as long as the system is supported. With Sony and Ntdo, and the majority of Xbox (unless they announce something rediculously generous just so their consumers don't firebomb their offices, after their seasonal episodic egregiousness), once the network support is gone, you buy a game or are given a license you download, you only have a copy until it corrupts or your system dies. They don't save you a copy for the PS5.
They're not offering you the license again under a migrated profile. Given to you by Sony or not. Paid for by membership, or not. So comparing what you should be offered atop your membership, to the value you should rcv from the online experience, is like reaching for what you thought was truffle, and instead its nougat, or worse cherry pastel. We're talking the candy itself, not the chocolate it's covered in. I could just use w voice lobby suite and stronger connectivity between device and servers. However they can bump up their service to be better w the pesky cable company in between, I appreciate.
What if Ntdo chocolate covered a N64 suite into it's offering?
And w Ntdo, you can play the SNES suite offline!!!!!!! Yeahhhh that's right put that in your waffle maker and pancake.. drop the duckhunt pistol (I'm not using on SNES), I'm out... Might get some food now...
@Kaleid-Stone
Actually it sucked back then too, and it could use more of everything. On the wiiu the fidelity it could bus over network play, seemed higher, but it missed alot of features and none of the features week global across all online games. But in all, I think Ntdo is afraid to offer every thing Sony does online bc if the integrations and piracy that can occur. They get it. And they can pay everyone Sony can to get it for them. They are a billion dollar company. In the bank billion dollar company. Sitting there in liquid funds, Mario stamped gold bricks--- billion dollar company. So if something isn't as it is with everyone else, it's not bc they're behind it or out of money. It's bc it will begin a ripple effect of changes to their culture and consumer principles, and they haven't finished with all facets of development to control that bleedover (mainly on children) in some innovative bubbly, fun loving ntdy package. They have to evolve things the Ntdo way. But I would like to use the switch all the time wo caveat.
Well they down played it from wiiu era. The matchmaking did have options and miiverse integrations. But some gamers, like this guy, relentlessly go full unadulterated, and Ntdo hates their ntdy babies being infected, and parents hostile. No matter how seemingly respectful you may try to be in order to empathize w stifling others enjoyment. Ntdo is afraid of the very instance it occurs. And the voice chat options may have been one one or two games, in the lobby only. So who knows. They need full on suite of voice sequesting and parental lock features the other consoles don't even bother to have or that well functioning (they just fine print it all and put the liability on the user and give you the bandwidth to chat and murder endlessly). But really the simple fix is a dominate lobby chat system over all online games and environments so they can be private or muted. Not per game but an online voice bussing environment existing between the console and network (for proper chat n splat) And let parents be liable for their parenting. That's a feasible catch-up Ntdo!
Oh, oh boy, did you ask how to make the membership better? Where can I upload my spreads and visual models? Teehizzle
I actually believe it to provide strong value. I think the service should be as close to free as possible, so I bias the price for what you get. And I will take it bc it has been some what jank but it also has been cheap and alot of fun in many instances. There are myriad of improvements to make, foremost connectivity, but much of my qualm is actually hardware and only some of that is Ntdo product (most). The dock should do more. Post graphic processing and have it's on nic, or whatever and ton of network card options you can stuff in. Really the dock should be able to direct connect out the box, and it should provide itself as a wifi booster with a dedicated direct channel to the switch when it's off the dock. The switch should be able to rcv dual channels, so it can grab bandwidth from the Super Dock and the router, and steal all the connection and wifi bandwidth from the household! I would just settle for better and more online features and connectivity when docked. Focus though, should be the network, server side. They need more processing space and bandwidth (you know so when my little bottlenecking bandwidth comes orbiting around it's giant bandwidth Nexus, I have as much of it coming at me, my little bottle can catch). Bussing chat over the hardware is an issue, and very few games do it and with out any mixer, like Wolfenstein whatever it's called w the blascowitz sisters, but it's rather just simply, bad. Using the app is more than serviceable but who knows if the room or server is fully populated, even if the game supports it. SR4 runs great and it's open world servers, but it's rarley populated by more than one or two users. Granted it's an old title, but the idea of rebirthing servers in the platform would be awesome and it's out there w PC communities. We should probably crossplay with MS and PC, get Merced but have populated and continuous communities for the legacy of titles appearing in switch and still supported in PC. But really all Ntdo has to do, is add N64 to the free offer, and boom, everyone is completely satisfied w Ntdo online membership as is. And to note, some games have great support, community, and fluidity online, like MU, Diablo, Mario Kart and Splatoon (not smash). But definitely, all the aforementioned added. See you next gen space cowgirls.
Yeah it's a Miller, and it's pulpy, yet flashy and bombastic stylized portrayal of violence. I mean my god Joker. The sadism, sexual violence, and brutal action, are real enough, with just the right pinch of sensationalist pulp style, for Tarantino to do. Maybe Rodriguez in a Sin City rehash aesthetic but that wouldn't be fresh.
Oh yeah mostly sarcastic. But lol the idea of fortnite idiots ruining things for other, non-idiotic fortniters, brings a warm half a smile to face.
@Kaleid-Stone
Oh and the reason Sony and MS focus in power, is bc they have no inkling of an idea how to develop such innovation. Ms dabbles in holograms and AR and Sony is dredging out VR to find new harbors, but that's as far as they can conceptualize. That sort of overboard I saw it in a movie, HiFi reliant conceptualization, keeps them glued to a bottleneck production model. They know ntdo is coming w something that will forever change the interaction and fun of digital experiences. Scared to death, and now, they have finally pushed up against a ceiling of HiFi. Ntdo, if the tech is there at that ol so special Ntdo price-point sweet spot, will be in position to flip the wiiu scenario 10 fold this coming gen. And now your seeing that those 3rd parties in the position to know, are finally savvy to this in a way that they're confident in Ntdo.
I am so proud of this community, to have come to understand ntdo and it's products better, even inspite of the commercial deluge regarding HiFi. Back during Wii/wiiu era, the argument for good games over HiFi crap was there, but now, the switch has made you believers. We need believe a little more. A 4k dock, not w this gen, but next is very possible, despite an actual 4k Switch. But that's probably not likely. I believed that the switch was Ntdo last card. It was forcing their hand to pull an ace. It seemed this platform wld be destined for longevity, as it combines two pillars and relies on remakes and Indies, and slow moving Ntdo ips. Well the nips (Nintendo IP's) haven't been that slow, and that's too easy any way guys. I wld expect a microtized version of a former power house console. The kind of "yo what's up," thing that fits in the palm of your hand and can wireless broadcast HiFi images and produce its own projections. You have to start thinking about breaking each part of the user experience down, microtizing it for consumption, and make it all semiautonomous. Each part on its own can launch games and provide different features and slightly different experience of the game. But together more intended features can be used in tandem, as well as higher fidelity. And of course it LL look and be much simpler in practice and execution bc it has to be easy for 3rd parties. But it will go down a wild conceptual road we did not see coming. So again we don't understand ntdo, but I'm glad to the see why and how coming together to surpass fidelity in the community. It was there before or course it's Ntdo fans, but there was still a hyper insecurity regarding fidelity. Recall how wrong they said the Switch wld be. And how right it was. Graphics are only a portion of the potion.
Wait, are you saying bayo 3 shld hit the other platforms? Ntdo bailed platinum out of it's bayo license, so platinum makes the game and holds the license, but Ntdo has a large stake in that license. It's doubtful they LL release that IP. Before sony, me, Capcom, Sega (the original holder), and all of em weren't going to buy Bayo franchise. And it's not essentially Ntdo buying a forlorn expert developer's time up, Ntdo actually helped finance platinum to keep it's licenses in exchange for platinums and Bayo franchises future dedication to Ntdo platforms. Things change but bayo has a home now. Cereza doesn't wonder from console to console any more. But MS has been striking deals w Ntdo to sell their games on the switch, and we haven't seen Ntdo offerings. Bayo is one that could migrate back to xbone in theory.
@HardcoreDaBoss
If you would like to co op in Super Consumer Defense Force Team Janga, after vetting your point of view, we cordially invite you to pick a non primary color, and color only, and carry the mantle of "Janga." You may represent Team Janga on any company website or discussion board, regarding opinions of consumer value. SCDFTJ, stands for user and consumer value. What ever shape or form it takes, we defend it. We champion producers who produce at a clip of most value to reach the most consumers, at the most bang for their buck. Thank you Janga, play on.
@ColdSlither
Look we are in the West. We are all pretentious and embarrassingly cringe worthy levels of pampered. We're never going to collectively understand that Ntdo products like the Wii, wiiu, and switch go out the rest of the world. And there, an HD gaming device that comes e it's on power source and display, packs alot more value than a PS5.
And you are right, those big time releases on Station are digital experiences you crave in a different way. But the switch is in every way comparable and it's exclusives are just that way. I always end up back on the Ntdo, and I grew up Station (I was there for NES and that was my first gaming exp, but PS was my console after NES, and there after, except for the Gameboys lol, until the WiiU).
@Quix It's almost as if the slight constraints of their hardware always implores them to craft. And historically, if Ntdo does a power house console for the third parties to shovel out hifi, they lose. The Switch represented Ntdo's desire for game craft first, but also finally provided an easy shovelware platform for developers, wo those developers percieving worry that there will be constraints to their master modus operandi, which is that the more hifi, the more you can can bumpup the digital experience into seeming like a fun game.
@liveswired Whattttttttttttt.... Why would you say that? Write that... Or otherwise communicate it? I feel dirty... BOTW on Xbox? And... Then gamepass to boot? Like they have no value. I'm waiting for MS to make games. I am not waiting for Ntdo to make games for them. Actually MS, can crawl back to the depths of Hell where they came from, and make a decent user based operating system instead of Frankenstein window behind user data purging environments
@Kaleid-Stone Actually like 20 years ago...10 yrs ago was awesome value at the restaraunts. Now kind blows actually. I end, small quantity, rediculous price.... Like the Station 5!!
You got it. Perfectly expounded opinion. It s hard to sit down and play the Station. It really is FF7 remake was great but playing 250 hrs of 2k is so breezy and, snap, there it is 250 hrs have passed. DS was awesome fidelity and mind awakening and surprisingly prophetic, but how do you out down Pokemon sword or shield. Snappy and breezy, but still ended up playing Shield like a college maniac into the morning, popping off and in against friends and strangers and story, but I didn't need sleep for work, the switch was just that refreshing. Fidelity is great when it's if value to the consumer. But when you have to give more to get more than you can consume any way, then it's like resturaunt menus 10 yrs ago, and simple and easy, comfort food with a twist will always be more alluring.
To note, Mirage Sessions is a great game as well, although it is not the same triple a experience throughout it's duration like 101. Being said, i can not find info regarding fan or dev kick-starting. Tokyo Mirage Sessions is Ntdo published game by Atlus ( yes that means alot of bloated gameplay loops to flesh out play time). Therefore, I believe it to be an internally selected port. That is an absolute head scratcher. As well, I wldnt say the last 10 percent of the game felt finished, and the way it set you on a repeat and rinse marathon of the entire games mechanics to finish out the game, I very positive the devs did not finish the product as intended.
Mirage Sessions is not the same AAA experience Wonderful 101 is from beginning to end. However, neither are even in the ball park, of the one left behind wiiu franchise. Xenoblade Chronicles X is in every way, the best game to actually hit the wiiu (before it was a flailing dead fish on the banks of our hearts and dreams). Botw and XBCX stand together, far and above the rest of the wiiu, and really, the industry. XbcX absence on the switch isn't disappointing or disheartening, rather, it's heartbreaking. It truly is a product of immense value and unrelenting imagination. A 250 hr plus HD romp into the unknown, and of constant discovery, for a year of consistent play. It is a game, from an era of value, that has passed. XbcX is held back by production cost. It's map system is the beginning of the game, and it is tied to a dual screen relationship. The map only lives in the gamepad and so does resource mining and fast travel. The game also, based on Master Takahashi's previous works and dialogue cuts, is missing some episodes of arc development for antagonist. As well, it featured an online suite that never evolved into user parties in the same open world. The game and consumers deserve those finishes, but a simple qol refinish of the map system would allow the game to work as is. However, the exhaustive 6 chapter then 3 more chapter journey until the player has a skell and can fly it, is a Takahashi staple theme for pacing, but has locked an incredible experience from casual gamers. This is great for the games pacing, as you must run (literally away) and gun (just to get away) as an iddy bitty speck of a human in gargantuan alien biomes, and can explore anywhere at any time. That scale is so impressive at that size and pace. It is mind boggling. However the cover art presented and the overall satisfaction of, skells, players anticipate this mechanic and deserve it sooner. This would however, mean events and encounters wld need to be re-scaled. But with money never in supply at Ntdo (despite being the video game liquid cash and asset industry-god it is), none of these changes need to be made to deliver an absolute, stellar experience to switch users. This game should have been a launch title. And Ntdo shld have the confidence to place it, on a proper platform w a proper market. The Switch's market is booming. There really is no excuse. That being said, wo the kickstart to supplant Ntdo, how or why would they believe Cross to be worth it. And that is the slippery slope we are on. We need them to out there highest quality products out of their own power. And we will buy them of our power. But this slope, means a game no one got to play, of exceptional quality, wld have to canvassed by fans to educate other consumers of it's value, just so those fans who have not played can donate money, so Ntdo will release it's solely licensed product. That is not good for us consumers. Not at all. It's time, for Project Rainfall, Again.
Lopes: Besides what to play, the point should be about Wonderful 101 getting KICK-STARTED. It is an amazing game, only undone my first person gamepad sensorimotor based events. Fundamentally tho, it is a super hero cinematic event tour de force featuring as unique gameplay as you can imagine. Fans should not have had to finance that port. It is a Ntdo published wiiu game, that Platinum developed in house. This is unnerving, as the merits of wonderful 101 are substantial and on the wiiu it was an animation and lighting gloss mind fingerer. Fans should not have beg and finance Ntdo just so they can buy Ntdo's products. They should know their products and have confidence in their PR and publishing abilities. That is their risk. Not yours.
The editor, has unabashed honesty. If you don't like basketball don't do it, but you know w the considerable savings you could go get another SD card, and start organizing! When you have the time of course. Or you know, delete all the shovel Ware you don't want to admit you bought. Let me make my point for 2k. Those in the know, even long before full online suites, refer to NBA 2k as "2krack." There is no more addictive brain confusing simulator like 2k.
@Kaleid-Stone @Kaleid-Stone
...that's all I have...jk I have more. Interstellar speaks for itself, as it trudges it's herded movie goers to an end so incomprehensible, it's attempt to loop its cause with it's effects, creates a deveststing plot whole, the view er feels betrayed in spending their time seeing to conclusion. You never realized the entire movie had been softly disclosing that blow, so that by the end the plot whole may just be brushed by as some constant, an effect of all you have witnessed. And they all do this. Explain explain explain just to create a plot whole, that will describe a thinly laid constant they used for a proof to base the entire movies logic and structure on. And you get the blah effect from viewers. The third Batman movie for instance, my gf and our intermixed friend groups went cosplay to the theater, before the shootings, like a day before (and we may have done a slight reinactment of the intro joker resturaunt scene from the original, in which we declared we had a bomb, held up the speaker box, and started playing prince instead, yeaaaahhh, we did that, and it mostly went well). So it was a dressed up group of fuggly costumed guys (had 80s thug on lock w the redick over leathered black jacket w mc hammer arm apolstry patterned designs and shoulder pads) and pretty sexy Batman attired girls, even met a couple weirdos also dressed up joined forces to take the row, and....almost the entire original costumed party fall asleep several times. I woke up, saw Batman still in the damn whole, and went back to sleep. Decent finale, but no real love for it's viewers. Not the same love we had.
But.....in Nolan's case...his filmgrain comes off as pompous. And I think you expect to get as much out by the end as the cognitive energy you spent to suspend disbelief and try to inundate with their models of rationality. But by the end, he five you a big middle finger, that the view er can only conclude means he considers his art higher than your ability to percieved any way. So that entire intellectual flea circus you witnessed wasn't for you, it was for the filmmaker. And the lack of let's call it screen apathy, comes through so staunchly in his films, I think viewers generally feel a sense of the inhuman in his character and the interaction they had. The communication, although it pretends to involve you, is entirely one sided, and by the end you realize it was so one sided, no one ever intended to feed your mind as well. For example, interstellar. That's it
@Varkster I wish a new hollywooder wld touch a Batman license. Let's not pretend their subject matter of drug addicts, dinosaurs, and puppets is ahead of Batman (except filmgod Coppola, aka Zoatrope the Occilator). Like Scorsese should have done Joker. Get Spielberg in on a Robin or Nightwing series. And they're all dead or have given up passed that. Maybe adopted New Hollywooder, Tarantino, can do....THE KILLING JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OR WHO CARES ACTUALLY, JUST DO KILLING JOKE WITH TODDIE BOY BUT MY GOD WHAT ARE YOU DOING DC-WARNERBROS-DARKHORSE
@ThanosReXXX And is fortnite a game, or an augmented virutual nerfed saintsrow version of FB? An amalgamous money making cloned monstrosity brainwashing our younger generations to suffer from video game impotence..wait maybe I'm impotent and they're sprung...oh God this game is just a generational precipice... AND THERE'S NO GOING BACK!!!
Now movie night and a sneak peek would be an absolute awesome event. Live concerts, makes no sense to me. Although then again, the virtual presentation of 50 story artist in virtual concert you are dispersed with in, made me jealous. Still don't have the lifetime left to play fortnite. Good luck young Chum.
Hello my sweats, it is I, Kalaeid Stone, the Pink Janga, of Super Consumer Defense Force Team Janga. We here at SCDFTJ provide our platinum seal approval, following: Wonderful 101, should have been re released at launch. One of the absolute best Platinum titles and Superhero cinema. Journey to Savage Planet, is a must buy. Plain and simple, it's design, style, humor, and imagination, have come home to The Switch. This should have been an exclusive by 505. The port is the game, and should not be considered in purchasing. 6 hrs of gameplay, is inaccurate, bc the game will take you away, and you will complete it, how ever long the journey.
@ThanosReXXX And absolutely CDPRJ paid their way. I just know the program exist internally between Ntdo and independent developers, and I'm sure it extends to whoever Ntdo needs to keep around. 2k prob doesn't get that from Ntdo, nor most AAA or the majority. 2k probably buys the smallest card and then fronts the game over the network to squelch a penny.
@ThanosReXXX Well not subsidizing. But saying we'll take this percentage cost on the publishing side. And I can't point you to who, when, and where, in this gen, factually. But that is a legacy practice of ntdo. They bully large 3rd parties and they will incentivize upstarts they believe will turnout unique on their platform. When you see an unplanned physical release of an indygame that was a hit on the ntdostore, in a rapid fire time span, ntdo helped to defray cost to get that on their branded shelf space. But I do not mean they buy into the indie companies, or make payments to them.
@Kaleid-Stone In effect 2k does both. They produce in cartridge just bc Ntdo wants them to. But 2k defrays cost (or maybe daddy TT picks for em), choosing the smaller cartridge and then still using Ntdo's servers to pump out their games. But really Ntdo is going that far and wiping 2k's bottom that much, for you to have a selection on your switch of a legacy of great games. So we'd probably have to ask Ntdo to out out actual physical copies bc 2k and TT are on no way interested in fan or consumer value.
Ntdo doesn't require the QC on these cartridges. Back in the diznow, ntdy used sell the proper size to the developer then distribute that for them (evil mad genius by ntdo but that's what 3rd parties disserved and the quality structure that gave them the opportunity to get their poor all around service to the industry under control). Since years and years have gone by, Ntdo utilized the tree house system and other QC models to keep 3rd parties honest. The wiiu however saw third parties effectively boycott ntdo (and that's what they did despite how the outlets framed it). It was just a weak point for ntdo, and the 3rd parties CLD point to the wiiu and say that architecture can get way to complex and you got all these QC restrictions, and we can't just use generic dev kids to port on it. And so came the switch. On one side a consumer godsend and realization of what the wiiu had really been, a soft disclosure. On there other side, the switch was a parlay to developers. So, they can shovel Ware as they please. And, they get to pick their cartridge size and don't have to follow Ntdo's compression requirements. You can see this in the storage size and save of some 3 Rd parties like Bethesda and projectredjet and ntdo first party offerings. Most all other major 3rd party producers have bombastic file sizes.
In this move to bring more and younger third parties to it's platform, ntdo is subsidizing for these third parties. they'll pay the difference on the size of the cartridge, if quality will be impacted. This translates into smaller companies that get the nodge to go physical from ntdo. Also means larger 3rd parties like 2k either don't get that same subsidy so they spite Ntdo by fronting as much distribution cost to their web systems as possible or rather they choose to still produce on a smaller cartridge and ntdo allows and stipends them to do so, just to have their boxes on the physical shelf in a Ntdo brand.
The of should be on switch. And honestly, I fully believe take two and rockstar can get rdr2 onto tegra soc. They're compression and visual "allusion" masters. They don't build ground up new code if they don't have to. They bring existing legacy code together and shapeshift it to appear how they please. The gloss of visual fidelity, is something we've only seen from them in their last two titles. Everything else, was comprised of low fi so comprehensively we bought into their illusions.
Ha they rushed for covid spring. Why didn't journey to Savage planet go ahead and provide a release date end of January instead saying they really want to but dont know about the resources (that product is great, 505 shld have had the confidence), because these games were slated and migrated they were just fiddle faddling with a release. And they all hit the covid button. Catherine and Outerworlds probably had those bogus 5 and 8 month later dates concreted before covid.
NBA 2knon switch had been better. You had more everything in every mode (like it used to before microtransction takeover) on the switch. Now however, more and more leans on micro transactions in all modes (you know like having to buy training camps you can't earn, WTF) like Station versions (there isn't another home console, no, shh, there isn't). And they have exasperated Muplayer with pay bloat and as well have had no cogent idea of what to do w GM mode, and really destroyed it w 2220 (18 an 19 GM Modes were pretty interesting Jackson Baldwin for life and go Raleigh Abolitionist!). And it should be full cartridge. The lie that it is a physical copy is wrong and the lacks file make up and compression means you deal w a game that takes an entire SD card from you. And this is a form of process and the effort wld only be a rerun for 2k and Take-Two on their investment w the switch. But whatever 2k is around to cash in and help to downplay titles that were once percieved contenders to Rockstar's body of work, and take two buys them and gifts them to 2k, to make highly produced but soulless versions of fledgling franchises. And the rest becomes history and a 2k product
@the_beaver Journey Planet is worth it even if you tidy it up in 6 hrs. It's entirely a good game and a great product. On the Switch, it's style and humor, have come home.
First off, physical copy full size SD cards, 2k, you swindlers will not afford an actual physical copy. We can point to Witcher 3 complete edition, not a single dl, and then look back to shake or wag appendages at you.
Second, yes the new 2k games def can go on the switch just like the old and if they can get NBA 2k on the Switch, all is possible for them. Except Civ 5, bc Civ 4 can just barely do it (although what a conscious stealing game on Switch), all 2k properties should be on the device.
Thirdly, 2k is part of the Take-Two Interactive Holding family (it's Rockstar's little sister), and it's probably Take-Two deciding what and when little sister can do widdle waddle with the Switch.
Mafia Remastered collection would be in scope from 2k, sure... But, let's get big brother on The Switch, and froward this convo onto RDR (og, but my god rdr2 I wld play down rez to GTA graphics if it was possible), GTA 5, San Andreas remaster (aspect ratio remaster), and a re-release of Niko and GTA 4 (bc it was a power house of amazing physics and story telling). Also, demand, in full, Agent to finally be released as a Switch Exclusive (teehee).
Go on, everyone demand. This is covidspring for the Switch. All is possible.

So funny. And true. He needs to just start cursing us on Twitter and make threats in fits of disturbed anger! #ntdounchainkamiya
Re: Hideki Kamiya Is Sick Of Fans Asking Him If Bayonetta 3 Has Been Cancelled
@backlogrob
Well MS got it and who knows how long it has been in dev. So cash out your investment's portfolio or sale your car and buy an Xbox(1/360)(X)^2 or whatever they call it now, and saddle up for Vanquish 2! Whoo!
Re: Hideki Kamiya Is Sick Of Fans Asking Him If Bayonetta 3 Has Been Cancelled
I blame Ntdo life for asking!
Re: Hideki Kamiya Is Sick Of Fans Asking Him If Bayonetta 3 Has Been Cancelled
@JimmySpades
Re: Hideki Kamiya Is Sick Of Fans Asking Him If Bayonetta 3 Has Been Cancelled
@countzero
Re: Hideki Kamiya Is Sick Of Fans Asking Him If Bayonetta 3 Has Been Cancelled
@DrDaisy
Metroid seeps fear deep deep bactophagy fear into the bonds of my mucosal membrane...
Re: Hideki Kamiya Is Sick Of Fans Asking Him If Bayonetta 3 Has Been Cancelled
@graysoncharles
Ah yeah...
Re: Hideki Kamiya Is Sick Of Fans Asking Him If Bayonetta 3 Has Been Cancelled
@Razer
Re: Hideki Kamiya Is Sick Of Fans Asking Him If Bayonetta 3 Has Been Cancelled
@Souflee
Re: Hideki Kamiya Is Sick Of Fans Asking Him If Bayonetta 3 Has Been Cancelled
Re: Nintendo Says It Will Continue To Increase The Appeal Of The Switch Online Service
@B_Lindz
Broken record B... broken record.
Re: Nintendo Says It Will Continue To Increase The Appeal Of The Switch Online Service
@GiygasAF
Re: Nintendo Says It Will Continue To Increase The Appeal Of The Switch Online Service
@Kaleid-Stone
Re: Nintendo Says It Will Continue To Increase The Appeal Of The Switch Online Service
@Alaninho
And long live miiverse!!!!
Re: Nintendo Says It Will Continue To Increase The Appeal Of The Switch Online Service
Re: Dark Knight And Inception Director Shows Off Trailer For His Next Film In Fortnite
@ThanosReXXX
Re: Platinum Studio Head Doesn't Think Next-Gen Hardware Will Be As "Ground-Breaking" As The Switch
@Kaleid-Stone
Re: Platinum Studio Head Doesn't Think Next-Gen Hardware Will Be As "Ground-Breaking" As The Switch
I just would like to say:
Re: Platinum Studio Head Doesn't Think Next-Gen Hardware Will Be As "Ground-Breaking" As The Switch
@the4seer

Re: Platinum Studio Head Doesn't Think Next-Gen Hardware Will Be As "Ground-Breaking" As The Switch
@ColdSlither
Re: Platinum Studio Head Doesn't Think Next-Gen Hardware Will Be As "Ground-Breaking" As The Switch
@Quix
It's almost as if the slight constraints of their hardware always implores them to craft.
Re: Platinum Studio Head Doesn't Think Next-Gen Hardware Will Be As "Ground-Breaking" As The Switch
@liveswired
Whattttttttttttt....
Re: Platinum Studio Head Doesn't Think Next-Gen Hardware Will Be As "Ground-Breaking" As The Switch
@Kaleid-Stone
Actually like 20 years ago...10 yrs ago was awesome value at the restaraunts. Now kind blows actually. I end, small quantity, rediculous price.... Like the Station 5!!
Re: Platinum Studio Head Doesn't Think Next-Gen Hardware Will Be As "Ground-Breaking" As The Switch
@Phostachio
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 23rd)
Xbc Cross is massive. 1280 by 720 at 30 fps over averaged considers locked.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 23rd)
@Kaleid-Stone
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 23rd)
@Kaleid-Stone
Oh I'm still going Lopes:
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 23rd)
Lopes:
Besides what to play, the point should be about Wonderful 101 getting KICK-STARTED. Not yours.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (May 23rd)
Re: Dark Knight And Inception Director Shows Off Trailer For His Next Film In Fortnite
@Kaleid-Stone @Kaleid-Stone
...that's all I have...jk I have more.
Re: Dark Knight And Inception Director Shows Off Trailer For His Next Film In Fortnite
@Kochambra
Absolutely.
That's it
Re: Dark Knight And Inception Director Shows Off Trailer For His Next Film In Fortnite
@Varkster
I wish a new hollywooder wld touch a Batman license.
WAIT... Tarantino does, Spawn reboot. Oh yeah.

Re: Nintendo Download: 22nd May (Europe)
Hello my sweats, it is I, Kalaeid Stone, the Pink Janga, of Super Consumer Defense Force Team Janga. We here at SCDFTJ provide our platinum seal approval, following:
Wonderful 101, should have been re released at launch.
Re: 2K Says It's Eager To Release More Games On The Nintendo Switch
@ThanosReXXX
And absolutely CDPRJ paid their way.
Re: 2K Says It's Eager To Release More Games On The Nintendo Switch
@ThanosReXXX
Well not subsidizing.
Re: 2K Says It's Eager To Release More Games On The Nintendo Switch
@Kaleid-Stone
In effect 2k does both.
Re: 2K Says It's Eager To Release More Games On The Nintendo Switch
@ThanosReXXX
Re: 2K Says It's Eager To Release More Games On The Nintendo Switch
@Richnj
Re: 2K Says It's Eager To Release More Games On The Nintendo Switch
@TheNewButler
Re: 2K Says It's Eager To Release More Games On The Nintendo Switch
@DevlinMandrake @PikaPhantom
What is this game. Sounds awesome. Understand Conrad...psssssh
Re: 2K Says It's Eager To Release More Games On The Nintendo Switch
@siavm
Re: 2K Says It's Eager To Release More Games On The Nintendo Switch
@the_beaver
Journey Planet is worth it even if you tidy it up in 6 hrs. It's entirely a good game and a great product. On the Switch, it's style and humor, have come home.
Re: 2K Says It's Eager To Release More Games On The Nintendo Switch
