Re: Nintendo Provides Face Training to European Gamers This September

Junkface

Not to be sexist but I think this be aimed at female users; backed up by the fact that it is being released in Europe before the US. I read somwhere that the greatest number of female users of the Ds is overwhelmingly in Europe. Which is not to say some guys who are gettin on in thier years(er umm like me) wouldn't give this a try.
As for its real effectiveness...hmm well...anything that makes you feel better or boosts your confidence is good medicine in my opinion. I for one hope they keep trying all different kinds of crazy applications. Who knows maybe one of these oddball ideas may lead to the next great game. Proabably not this one lol but you know what I mean

Re: Look Out, There's a New Pearl Harbor Video on Your Six

Junkface

Really great game especially for a mere 700 points. I was wondering how this game compares with the retail wii games of the same genre? One person told me this game is better than any of the retail flight shooters. Any info. from someone who has played the retail games would be great thanks.

Re: Free Photo Dojo is Nintendo's Way of Saying It Loves You

Junkface

Yeah this game played with the right people is ecstatic. The first time i fought my borther I was laughin so hard I cried. My buddy was on the floor when I shot a picture of our 1st grade teacher at him he said he hadnt laughed that hard in years. I know its not for everyone but I couldn't recomend this game enough. Bravo Nintendo! Kudos for the freebee too !

Re: Nintendo Download: 20th & 21st April (Japan)

Junkface

Wow that free app looks very interesting. This seems like a very useful tool if your on a prescription regiment. Does it have room to record blood sugar for diabetics? or timers that lets people know when its time to take meds. or when they last checked thier blood? My brother is diabetic and between checkin blood and takin a few different drugs it seems like alot to keep track of. This app. could help make things alot easier.

Re: Feature: The Making of Star Fox

Junkface

Why oh why do you guys tease?? We need a StarFox game now! In any form willl do. I read somw issues ago in Game Informer that there is a completed StarFox game that was never released? Sounds like a great idea for a WiiWare release! PLEASE

Re: Speak Up, Monster Hunters

Junkface

Yep looks superb. I like many others want this desperately. As to some of the reservations people have about the game and wanting to wait for the reviews; does anyone know what kind of reviews this game recieved in Japan? Thanks Capcom for going all out for us Wii players

Re: Review: Fast Draw Showdown (WiiWare)

Junkface

Thats just too much cheese for 500 points I gotta get this. FMV where side show actors go to die. I hope they release the other series with the drug cartel and your playin as a s cop or fbi agent? its hysterical.

Re: Fast Draw Showdown

Junkface

Hope this will lead to more FMV releases, these were alot of fun back in the day. As for the cheesiness the more the better for me; these games were not only fun but a riot too. The only problem was not laughing so much that id die and waste my quaters lol.

Re: Wii Fit Doesn't Improve Fitness?

Junkface

Its been a while since I've been in school but does this "study" seem flawed to anyone else? If the purpose was for the fams to lose weight why would you allow them to reduce the amount of time they were using the wii fit from 22 minutes which dosn't seem like enough time to be exercising anyway. I'm a bit of a couch lump but I can at least push the last 8 minutes for a full half hour. Were the fams overweight? and by how much? what exercises were they doing? was a diet instituted as well? These are just a few variables I think one would have to consider. I have wii fit and I love it. I've lost 12 pounds since I bought it last year but i must admit I still eat alot of junk(sweets and chips). It helped a buddy of mine lose 100 pounds of course as his weight has lowered tremendously it has become more difficult for him to lose more and he now goes to the local reccreation center to work out but he still uses the wii fit when we cant get to the gym.

Re: Review: Silent Hill: Shattered Memories (Wii)

Junkface

I thought the images and videos i saw were scary but my brother thoght it sucked (lol his exact words). I'm scared of little faceless people chasing me through an abandoned town! That part where hes in the closet and the little no-facer pops up and grabs him made my godson cry and I felt really bad because i laughed, woops.

Re: Review: Stunt Cars (WiiWare)

Junkface

I'm sure if you get a copy for free its not that bad of a game. The question is and I'm sure Corbie had this in mind when reviewing it is; is the game worth 800 points. How does it compare to other games in its price range?

Re: Review: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare: Reflex (Wii)

Junkface

I only have a Wii so this is one of the few options for multi-player fps that aside I really like this game. I own Conduit also; comparing the two I guess I like both of them. Reflex runs smoother for me and I like the weapons better but it lacks the Wii Speak compatability and only supports up to 5 on 5. I believe they each bring somthing to the table and if you only have a Wii you should try both games each is quite good.
Well heres to hoping developers keep pushing the envelope.
