@61. Mainly I see the reason being because he didn't historically immerse himself and educate himself for hours about the history of this time period in Japan. We need to be experts now before we ever have the right to open our mouths about anything, instead of just playing the freaking game and base it on how it plays.
Good review and the problems talked about are pretty spot on. Still I am really enjoying this game despite the problems. I really like hack n slashes though and the missions make it fun. This is my first SW game so maybe I just have nothing to compare it too. I haven't lost interest yet in the mindless killing, but ah well. And yeah the AI can be pretty frustrating. Mainly when you have to guide NPC's to a particular destination, are timed and they attack everything along the way. Still for me it wasn't that game breaking. I do agree also with some users who have problems with the cheap AI. lol some of these bosses are just ridiculous even with all 4 generals on them. Good review though and I am still having fun with my game and do not personally regret my purchase.
lol crazy concept. I really would love to hear what was going through the devs head when they came up with this game. You said predict the score so I am actually going to say 7/10 and that it is a pretty decent game.
@ 31 or you could have a protective casing that many people do. It also fits nice and snug in my backpack. I never just slip it into my pocket unshielded. Thats asking for an accident.
^ You could say that about any game being released. I'm sure DQ VI when its out many will say, "Oh wow thats nice" and the new Zelda... "Oh wow thats nice" So why again shouldn't Flux be mentioned?
Seems like a hidden object game should have nothing less than exceptional graphics. I mean im no graphics w***** or anything but a game that requires being able to distinguish items from each other?
Cyrus I love the game and agree with this review. Super addictive and it feels like you guys got it just right. Loving this and i know I will come back from time to time.
Played the demo and like irken it doesn't justify a 1200 point purchase for me. Fun, but almost equally frustrating as well. As the game gets more difficult i could see myself getting very aggravated at losing all those little bits of water. Good concept though and unique i will say. 800 i would pay, but yeah. Anyway good review. Not bashing the review at all in any way. Just offering my two cents. I bet some will love this game.
I have Manhunt monopoly. A little different take on the classic. Instead of paying in money when you land one someone else's property, you pay in blood.
I read "In a strange and distant world you will have to lead a bionic vegetative growth enterprise" and thought wow this will be a whole new crazy type of game. Now I read further and it's a space tower defense type of game and am sadly disappointed.
I was just thinking to myself "How in the hell am I going to get my sudoku fix on my 3DS!?!?" Well now the problem is solved. Never can get enough sudoku. Not as if there aren't a million free versions of the game on the internet. Sure glad they fixed this problem for me.
Bit Trip Core is what I currently want a demo for since I am up in the air about getting it. Robox is another one. I also agree with CB that the art style games are perfect for the demo service.
No problem. Hope you enjoy. I would love to see more people getting into Lufia games. Oh and I hope by original, you meant Lufia 2? This is what the remake is off of. The first Lufia, which is actually 100 years after the setting in Lufia 2 is not as good.
Awesome review Corbs. Lol you ranked it slightly higher than i did. I give it an 8, but a 9 could be argued for. This game truly is great. I hate to see this flying under the radar. I just can't believe how good the remake is. Also @ Swerd, the ancient Cave indeed is intact, along with Dragon Eggs. There is also something to be said for the Mystic Cave in New Game +, but i I won't spoil it. There are also other reasons to replay this game. If you want to know just ask me personally. But it does involve spoilers, Good job Corbs and I'm glad it turned out well for you.

Re: Reggie: Steel Diver Makes Up for Lack of Zelda at Launch
Maybe this will make people finally try something that is non first party. There is more out there than games made by Nintendo

Re: Nintendo Download: 3rd January 2011 (North America)
Sweet I was hoping for a Robox demo despite the 5/10 score it got. This to me is enough for a decent week.

Re: Review: Scooby-Doo! and the Spooky Swamp (Wii)
I wouldn't expect a game targeted at kids to be very challenging
Re: Review: Scooby-Doo! and the Spooky Swamp (Wii)
Yes Gabbo unacceptable! I was going to buy the game until I saw that. Ruined my day!

That DK Rap was awful lol
Re: ThruSpace
This game is quite fun actually based off the demo. easy to maneuver the pieces and the speed up option is quite nice so you don't have to wait.

Re: Research Shows More Consumers are Choosing Their Phones for Gaming
I need to save my phone battery for actual phone calls, not gaming. Games are always such a big freakin drain on the battery.

Re: You Can Gaze At This Super Mario 25th Anniversary Box Now
Cheap for rehashed 8-bit games? Hardly. Nintendo is cashing in big time on this.
Re: You Can Gaze At This Super Mario 25th Anniversary Box Now
Easy money for Nintendo. Keep releasing the same games over and over again and people happily fork over their money.
