I've been following CND's vlog almost since the beginning. These guys are truly something special, and the amount of support the Nintendo community has given them is amazing... Watching them everyday has been an uplifting experience, so it's nice to see Alex and Isaiah getting some well deserved love and credit
A shame to hear about the weak kickstand. I'm sure some stronger third party alternatives might show up eventually though. Ninty made a good decision by leaving a fragile hunk of plastic detachable.
That's the problem, @Anti-Matter, the Switch feels too expensive for that potential future, at least for now. I really hope they take risks with the pricing like they did for 3ds back then. Yeah, sell at a loss, not their favorite strategy, but I don't want Nintendo's (possibly) last hurrah on the console stage to be as middling as it looks to be at present.
At this point, I'm not even considering pre-ordering. Besides the obvious hassle it looks like it will be to find a retailer with available stock, 300$ with no game just isn't going to cut it for me, Ninty. I can only dream of a sort of Smash/Splat redux with Breath of the Wild and Mario Odyssey for Christmas. If you do that, Nintendo, I would gladly pay you 350$. Until then, I'm happy with my Wii U
@sony_ponies I love the direct detail about Iwata directing The hype train from heaven... May the universe bless that man's afterlife with peace and joy.
I think people are missing that a lot of these games are pretty much guaranteed to happen... Zelda, New Mario, skyrim (that shush from Bethesda speaks measures). Its not like wii u where The trailer was a bunch of small little games. These are big titles, and I don't think Nintendo would show a remaster of a five year old game that isn't even theirs without actually having it in development.
That is to say, IF that Skyrim remaster doesn't come at launch: the only way it wouldn't come to Switch? If it flops terribly.
And that game list... It looks like it's getting a decent amount of third-party support... That definitely looks like an NBA game from the annals of EA!
I'm honestly liking the name. Nintendo Switch... Sounds like it could really click with all audiences just like "Wii" without sounding awful. I'm honestly loving this console already!
The best part: The satisfying click you get from the controller.... Goodness gracious

Re: Iwata Was Watching Over Us, Says Zelda: Breath Of The Wild's Director
Oh, I love these type of stories. It's nice to see the devs use their work to honor those who have inspired them!
Re: Review: Fast RMX (Switch eShop)
This game looks amazing. I'm looking forward to playing it alongside Mario Odyssey in December
Re: Nintendo Switch Owners Will Have To Wait Longer And Pay More For RiME
Hold on , is this higher price ONLY for the physical version? I truly hope that's the case, otherwise, this is just downright absurd.
Re: Feature: The Long Journey to Lead the Nintendo Switch Line - CND and TriForce
@SLIGEACH_EIRE I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you're talking about.
@NintenNinja16 His livestream cut off right before actually getting a Switch in his hands, it's so frustrating!
Re: Feature: The Long Journey to Lead the Nintendo Switch Line - CND and TriForce
@SLIGEACH_EIRE what do you mean by that? CND's gonna be the first to get the Switch from Reggie lol.

Re: Axiom Verge is Getting a Special Edition Physical Release on Wii U
Collector's Edition... For 30$?
Too good to be true.
This thing will be worth triple that by the time Metroid Switch comes out.
Re: Feature: A Chat About Zelda: Breath of the Wild and The Evolution of the Franchise
I was so decided on getting the Switch by Christmas-time, hoping for some sort of Mario-Zelda bundle.
Plans may just have to change.

@Nintendian whether that is a good thing or bad thing... We shall soon find out
