@kereke12 wow that's really hardcore, all you gotta do is teach them financial math and they will definitely see how deceiving the casual gaming can be.
and the plus side is that kids seem to learn math with money way easier than they do with common math, for some reason

tablet games are simpler even a monkey can pick and play, they also rarely have a true objective or a way to beat so they are disposable, not to count the low prices and F2P games, for a gamer(or people who bother to do the math and discover that the microtransactions will end wasting more money than a retail game on a console, or a big name PC game) this is probably all stupid but when you're not a gamer(or you're a "casual gamer") this is definitely more attractive than games that have an evident high price tag, need you to follow an objective and force you to give it some effort even if you'd rather pay to advance.

@Kirk I get it, so you mean they should have kept this crazy "niche" artstyle for a better moment, if at all? it actually makes sense, people usually aren't willing to try things that are out of common especially when it's a shocking transition from FE style to this(doesn't change the fact I like it, though XD )

I mean the screenshots and character requests are getting old and tiring but I don't remember any Smash Bros. game being button-mashing or similar to street fighter(unless you truly think any 2D fighting game is street fighter)

@Kirk I know what I see too and I see more and more people hating on anime-ish games and Fire Emblem's style gets closer to anime every game not to count people that can't take turn based games or fantasy settings without guns(don't get me wrong I love anime and Fire Emblem, just saying it's not more "universally appealing" than any other game out there especially one that wasn't even released yet)

@SockoMario not because he's a ball, the ball argument was just a small joke, pac-man just doesn't feel right, even among characters like Kirby and Pikachu it's just weird(maybe if they made an approach similar to Mr.Game&Watch it could have been better, that pac-man feels soulless)
and about the Miis, the more Mii users the more Mii victims Marth will have under my control!!!! feel the power of a real character you Miis!!!!!!! think of them as the punching bags with the most obvious movesets, as soon as Mii users start losing in mass other characters will gain popularity.
sad thing I won't be able to claim the title of MMMMU(Mass Mii Murder Marth User) since they won't be playable with anyone online...

@Hernandez well the game doesn't even have a release date yet so the graphics will probably get better later(now if the problem is the style to each it's own, I consider myself to be the weird one for liking it so much)

@MeloMan sad thing I heard the customization won't be used/allowed in tournaments or the for glory mode... playing with anyone online other than friends :/

@ikki5 yeah, what I meant is that they're not showing much of the WiiU exclusive stuff because most people seem to care less about the 3DS version that might also be the reason for the WiiU version to come later, people that are too impatient(90% of the gamers ) won't want to wait for the WiiU version even if it's the only one they care about and wind up getting both.
or it also may be because Nintendo is japanese and japanese people don't buy too much home consoles anymore(from what I heard/read/seen) things like this happened before and many times Nintendo made obvious their focus on the japanese market.

@ikki5 they won't show everything before release, Smash always hides a bunch of pleasant surprises for the players to find.
plus I bet the WiiU version has more content than the 3DS one they're just keeping it low because the 3DS version not only comes first but also seems to be far less popular.

@NibelsnarfNoob yeah the underwater battles aren't a big problem for me either, just a little annoying, a lot slower and extremely harder when I feel like playing with bowguns(and bows)

and my N64 is still plugged to the same TV from the old times...
might play some later today.

great thing the Sonic Boom in the 3DS is 2D, there are some cool 3D sonic games but the 2D ones are usually more fun to me.

@Spoony_Tech haha yeah the charm tables, that was more of a restriction than randomization especially for those unlucky to fall in the bad ones and only discover about it far into the game.

sweet, those small tweaks like semi randomized maps and weapons always make a huge difference in the game's enjoyment.
I love this kind of thing that makes everything a little different to each person who plays the game.

hope it's a battle mode, something similar to the Shadow Link fights in ALBW, but multiplayer and with more than just 2 Links battling at a time
and without that time limit too....
