I couldn't decide so I let my SMW , SM64 cartridges and Galaxy disk have a fight. They all knocked each other out at the exact same time. Conclusion: A draw!
Regarding potential N64 Mini; how many games would it contain? I'm guessing less than SNES Mini. Also how many controllers would be in the box. N64 controllers are pretty big imo. And with 4 controller ports would the controllers be sold seperately? Of course, providing there are up to 4 player games on the system.
I'll be at work watching live. However I really don't want to watch any more Odyssey footage either. Hmm. Guess I'll just have to lower the volume and look away from the monitor for a bit then.
That being said I really think that SMO is going to contain so much content that Nintendo know that there will still be tons of surprises to be seen in the finished game anyway.
@crackafreeze Same here. We used to play three-player Worms tournaments on the original Playstation that would go on for hours and hours. Imo the weapon/tool set was perfect. Now there's just too much choice, ruining the simple tactical purity of the original.
As others have mentioned I think if you've played this on any other system there's very little reason to repurchase this. Sure it was a great game, I played it/completed it on Wii U. Brilliant at times, even.
Now that the latest patch supposedly fixes many known issues I think I'll pick this up for my PS4. It should be cheap now and if it really is rubbish I can sell it on/trade it in. Especially if the Switch version is going to be digital only.
A game that I'd like to see on the Eshop is - if any one remembers it - is the single player 'tank game' from Wii Play back in the day. I reckon it'd make a fab 2 player competitive title. Possibly four players? Heck, they could even add online play. It'll never happen of course, but a real missed opportunity imo.
Oh man. I created an account just to comment on this article. AKIMW is one of my favourite games of all time. I stumbled upon this story elsewhere the other day.
Ian Wall if you're reading these comments you NEED to make this game available as a cartridge for us AK fans around the world. Either that or is there really a way to get it released on the Switch, 3DS or other home device officially?
Even the case and box art are super cool. I'd love it as part of my game collection. I really would.

Re: Hardware Review: The Super Famicom Mini Is For Hardcore Collectors Only
So instead of really celebrating the games it's mostly about defending/attacking the different territories design aesthetics?
Okay.
Most of us are merely fond of the particular version of SNES that we remember/grew up with.
Personally I think each of the two designs has its own charm; and would love to add a US one to my shelf.
Re: Nintendo of America Boasts of Major Sales Success in September's NPD Results
Well, the launch of SMO is easily going to shift even more consoles.
Definitely looking good for Nintendo right now.
Re: Soapbox: Breath Of The Wild Is Amazing, But Is It The 3D Zelda That Enthusiasts Expected?
I really expected a rod and line fishing game to be in there somewhere.

Hmm...

Defo picking this up. Already have the other two. Something to look forward to next year.

We loved every minute. We really did.
Re: Nintendo Confirms a New Nindies Showcase Presentation for 30th August
I'm looking forward the next Direct, whenever that may be.
Re: Capturing Uproots In Super Mario Odyssey Looks Like Fun
This is one of those games where I wish time away so I can have it asap.
Trouble is, unlike some others I find myself watching 'just one more video' - spoiling it for myself in the process. Gah!
Re: Brazilian Brawler 99Vidas Is Bringing Old-School Arcade Combat To Switch This Year
As long as the price is right this could entertain me and my little lads for an afternoon or two.
Re: GameStop Gets Major Nintendo Switch Restock in the US, But Only In Stores
More Switch consoles on the shelves = more happier gamers.
Nice.

But imo no reason at all to buy again.
Re: Poll: 99 Games and Counting - Are You Pleased With the Switch eShop Library?
I've only purchased three eshop titles. Would really like the option to buy SNES and Master system software - at a sensible price, of course!

Either way I'm crossing my fingers for this
