Played a demo for this on Steam a few months back, it played really well but the controls did need a little work. I have had this on my Steam wishlist since I played the demo, but had no idea it was coming to Switch though.
Not going to vote on a "time" as it depends on the genre of the game, but for me the perfect shot game is Slay The Spire because a single run and last from a few minutes to just over an hour.
I voted Project Zero (Fatal Frame) as SMTV wasn't on the list. Only got a Switch back in 2018 for SMT. Don't really care for most Nintendo franchises lol.
@GrailUK I haven't bought it yet, but that is because I don't enjoy Mario games. Last one I played was Odyssey as there was nothing really out at the time for the Switch, played to the end of the "story" then deleted and never touched it again.
Played the final demo when it launched, and hated it! Attacks felt like they had no impact or weight behind them. So unless that get's changed, but I highly doubt it, then it's a hard pass from me.
Own this game both on PC and Switch, personally I think a Dragon Ball card game is awesome, just like Attack of the Saiyans on the DS was great and it really needs a squeal. They need to try more genre types then just stick to fighting games.
Honestly I think it needs a core battle system change. I have played every game since Gen 1 released when I have a kid, and don't get me wrong I love turn-based JRPG's (my avatar and name are from a turn-based JRPG.) but Game Freak never adds anything new to the Pokemon games to keep me playing, I barely finish them any more because they just bore me.
The Battle system from Ni-No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch would be prefect for Pokemon, (if you don't know what it is then play it or look it up.)
@Kiz3000 Literally made this account just to reply with this post from a dev for LotR Adventure Card Game on the steam discussions page.
"Hi, unfortunately, the game will not launch on Nintendo Switch today. The Lord Of The Rings: Adventure Card Game will be launched on consoles Autumn 2019.
We need a bit more time to make sure the final experience on consoles is optimal and leverages all the insights gathered during Early Access on PC. The game will be launched for the first time on consoles, while the Steam version benefitted from the Early Access process for incremental adjustments.
Together with our partners we decided to allocate additional time to ensure an optimal experience for console players. We do understand your frustration, however we feel a delay is still preferable as it will allow a better in-game experience.

@PhhhCough But yes it is portable, when the Steam Deck releases.
Re: Feature: Nintendo Life eShop Selects - December 2021
My vote was "Something Else" and that is Yu-Gi-Oh Rush Duel, been really enjoying it, and it looks amazing on the OLED model.

Re: First Impressions: For Better Or Worse, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl Look Like Extremely Safe Remakes
Think I'll skip and just stick with SMT5. I didn't like Gen 4 when it first released and this remake doesn't look like it will change that.
Re: Poll: What Did You Think Of Yesterday's Nintendo Direct?
SMT5, KOTOR and Voice of Cards was it more me, everything else I didn't care care for.
Re: Talking Point: Just How 'Finished' Is Your Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Save File?
0% because I don't have it lol
Re: Talking Point: Our Favourites From E3 2021

But I would love to see Golden Sun come back!
Re: Poll: The Famicom Detective Club Games Are Out Today On Switch, Are You Getting Them?
Option 6: Yes if it was cheaper then £50

Re: The Creator Of Magic: The Gathering Is Working On Roguebook, A Deckbuilder Coming To Switch This Year
@dkxcalibur You can play this right now in the Steam games festival. Played the demo last night, it was good.
Re: You Can Now Download Bravely Default II's 'Final Demo' From The Switch eShop
The attacks didn't feel impactful at all, so it's a pass unless that gets changed
Re: The Pokémon Trading Card Game Is Getting A Shake Up With New 'Battle Styles' Mechanic
Would love for a new TCG RPG like the Gameboy Colour games but on the Switch.
Not a F2P pile of junk like the PC game.
Re: Reminder: "Big" Pokémon Project To Be Revealed In Pokémon Presents Livestream Tomorrow
Really want a new TCG RPG like the GBC games. But that will never happen.
Re: Star Wars Episode l: Racer Gets New Switch, PS4 Release Date
Really hoping we get KOTOR 1 and 2 released on the switch!

Re: Video: Resident Evil 5 And 6 Switch Demos Marred By Poor Performance
Weird. I played both demo's and had no performance issues at all, was also playing in handheld mode.
And before anyone starts, I mostly play on PC so I would see any FPS drops and didn't see a single one.
This "article" If you can call it that, is just in line with all the other "we'll spit on all the Japanese games apart from the Nintendo made games."
Re: Review: Puzzle Quest: The Legend Returns - A Worthy Upgrade Of A Solid Match-Three RPG
@MrJJ77
The first game is honestly better then PQ2.
