Agreed, it's just that so far, the GBA slot has only been used in small ways. So maybe the DS can work in DS mode whilst running stuff from the GBA slot, if you get my meaning.

Well I'd have to ban myself if I posted what I'm thinking at this moment in time.

I know you lot are saying GBA carts with flash, but surely a DS cart would make more sence? (As I mentioned above)

Just release a Wii to DS VC kit. Get a cart with the Wii's main menu programmed into. Same 12 channel setup.

Whack a few free exclusive games on to warrant the £30 tag. And then add online.

Sync your DS and Wii up over WI-FI. And then start transferring between the 2. But also have the shop programmed into the cart, so that you can DL on the go

The only games that wouldn't work are N64 (With no Analogue, there wouldn't be enough buttons with a controls overhaul). But there'd still be a huge number of reasons for them to do it. I've got about 97, with only 16 cons. But then again, I've been careful with what games I DL

PS3's can download PS1 games from the PSN, and then transfer them to a PSP if you so wish.

If Sony can do it, why not Ninty?

I'd buy a DS back IMMEDIATLEY if Ninty announced a blank game pack that can be used to store and play VC games on.

Like there's a hard choice between the greatest Beat 'Em Up ever and a Puzzle game that very few people seem to have ever heard of (Not saying it's bad. I don't think it's my cup of tea, but I'm just saying that SF II is amazing).

Scarily, I've played worse and played worse on the VC. There's some games that get higher ratings here that IMTHO are worse than this.

Can't believe this is a Soldier game. It's so much slower and there's no 2 min and 5 min mode. Which is missed. Still good though

I'm sorry, but if Ice Hockey gets a 4, then this game EASILY deserves an 8. Because it's easily twice as good. It blows it away in every aspect.

PSN is free and is amazing. Barely any lag on any game. XBL is a lag fest any time I go on.

And not just now, what with them having huge problems and all. Anytime.

But I agree about the add ons. What I love is how he has a go at MS for charging £60 for a WI-FI adapter. When a DS one will set you back £30. A full Wiimote is £69. The Wii comes with a game, rather than being £30 cheaper and having the game seperate (I wouldn't have bought Sports for £30) they force it on you.

I didn't even want a Wii. Let alone want one enough to fork out the extra to import it. And also, what if my imported console broke down?

At that time the only next gen console out was the 360, and that was horrible for reliabillity (SP) so there's no way I would've taken that chance with the Wii.

I import almost all of my games though, which is why I wish Ninty would've just made the damn thing region free. They did with the NDS, so why not the Wii?

Sony did it with the PSP and then continued it with the PS3?

So why not the Wii?

And we all know that it's not that hard to release games in the EU right after the U.S. As MS have been doing a fantastic job doing just that. So why not Ninty?

We all deserve games, and had the EU not been getting crapped on for years by Ninty, and instead the U.S were, then I'd feel for them. Ninty need to learn the word "fair".

Ash, while I totally agree with you (because it was quite apparent that we'd get SM when MP3 was released). It still is bloody irritating, that we have to wait ages for MP3 and SM, while when we finally get something that you lot want, you get it 4 days after us.

So we have to wait 2 months, 3 months, a year, 2 years, and you wait a month at the most maybe? 6 weeks?

What's next? The Nintendo Puu will be released in America Oct 2010. It'll then be released near the consoles end in the EU however, at a release date of Jan 2017. Good news though, as the EU's launch will have 25 launch games, whereas the U.S only got 24 -_-

It really is a disgrace to all Europeans who buy a Wii in the future. Because now, people who buy a Wii today in the U.S, or maybe next month, or maybe in a years time, can buy SMB:LL. Whereas anyone in the EU who buys a Wii from today, is forever without the game.

Nice one Ninty, keep the promotions coming. How about for your next one, you release a limited editon mandatory update, that when you download it, you either get a bricked Wii, or a Mario channel? But when you DL it, it voids your warranty.

Oh, and make it EU only of course

While I love Space Harrier 1 (2 is bleh) and Starwing. I still think it looks bad.

The only thing that makes me think this game mightn't suck, is that it's by Treasure. So as bad as it looks to me, I would still buy it because of the fantastic games Treasure have already released on the VC.

The numbers are supposed to help? I'd have thought one of them saying "64" when there aren't 64 tiles in a column to be unhelpful, rather than helpful.

And? Having 200 great games now and having them in 7 years time doesn't mean much to me. Either way I'll buy the games. Just at the moment I have to wait for them, which does my head in.

If I had the room for all the consoles the VC releases games on, I'd already have them.

But I don't so I don't.

I fail to see why releasing a SNES game once a week is so bad, because that's all we're pretty much asking for. 1 amazing game a week. Considering what was on the 5 consoles that's not exactly a hard task. But instead we get really bad filler weeks every now and then. I'd love it if every week we got 1 game from every console.

That's 5 a week now and upto 10 when the C64, MSX, NEO GEO etc... are launched.

Because this looks like Starwing mixed with EDF on the 360. The linear on the rails style progression with mediocre shooting gameplay.

It just looks like a 3D shmup to me, and not a particularly good one either. It looks boring, really boring.

It doesn't look like it gives you hints or anything. And it can't even be themed, because one of them before the Footie player is an Aubergine (SP).
