Ah, I was kind of hoping it would support GameCube games. Looks like I'll have to sell my Wii to pay for the Wii U, and then buy a GameCube again.

I like the Nintendo Fun Dollar system, where 100 points = $1. I didn't realize how good we have it until I purchased 1600 Microsoft Points for my roommate's birthday, which was about $20. I know they're trying to make more of a profit, but that's seriously a ripoff.

Haha, nice. I believe it was announced long ago that the next reboot of the series will not occur until after the fifth generation, so you'll be able to continue transferring GBA Pokemon (which feels wayyy outdated now).

Possibly the third edition will make the jump to 3DS, but will keep the connectivity intact.

Oh yeah, I'm sure the content will be the same except that online play will be ignored and local multiplayer will dumbed down for the most part. I'm pretty upset :/

I would still be playing the first game if the matches weren't so glitched out. It's no fun waiting for a game to finish while you're spawned inside a wall.

Has anyone read the Nintendo Power article on PoP: FS? The "multiplayer" isn't much more different than girlfriend-mode in Super Mario Galaxy. How disappointing :/
