(ZaciSa's developer here) When released in Europe, the game will indeed come with the demo! Currently working on getting it translated now. Aiming for a late 2014 release in Europe as well.
Patch #2 is underway now and should be done soon. Will add 2 new maps, framerate improvements, and other new things.
@sinalefa I dropped the price about a month ago, so that is why the article says $1.99 instead of it's launch price.

NOA PR didn't list it, but ZaciSa's Last Stand (Wii U) is also now on sale ($0.99) until end of October.
