Re: Miyamoto Unconcerned By Rival Motion Control Systems

Umm, the wii remote still has buttons and the nunchuck has an analougue stick. Plus it has motion plus (no pun intended), so you can still move around and use buttons for certain actions while moving around with 1:1 sword slashing motion. Red Steel 2 anyone, that is probably not ever happening on xbox or ps, niether will anything similar come.

No matter what you say, Nintendo won E3 for me. 4 Mario games was enough. This looks amazing and so does metroid. Plus so much more. Sonys was OK and Microsoft was good except for the creepy and disturbing part. Hi Milo!

I have all 3, but never played 1 an 2 properly, (I would let my friends play it, then end up not knowing what to do in the game, end up moving out of state an havent gotten all my things that I packed up including both games and controllers. Am now playing 3, (AMAZING). So this is a must buy for me.

Wow this looks like an overly extended version of the tank game on wii play. Now with puzzles and exploration. It looks really good, plus I enjoyed the tank game on wii play. Best minigame on there.

Re: You're Gonna Need Wii MotionPlus To Enjoy Red Steel 2

ASDFGHJKL

There will be enough wii motion plus owners by then. I expect Wii Sports Resort to sell incredibly well. I mean, Im pretty sure every wii owner has played Wii Sports, and most of them enjoyed it. Im buying it for the sword fights alone. XD. Though I guess this could sell better if it bundled.

Japan tourist tip #412
Japanese take their Pokemon seriously, so every sunday you will have to watch Pokemon Sunday. A show where a bunch of adults wear metallic outfits or dress up as Pokemon and talk about Pokemon.
Okay Japan. youve got our attention, you can stop with the ridicoulous TV programing.

Re: Round Table: Is Nintendo Neglecting the 'Hardcore Gamer'?

ASDFGHJKL

Though I believe Nintendo has been more interested in the casual market, it looks like it is beginning to change. Mario and Luigi 3, the unannounced Zelda and Marios, the DS Zelda, Punch Out, Pikmin 3(we all know it is coming soon), Sin and Punishment 2, etc. And now, 3rd party support is growing. HVS is interested in actually making good games for the wii and the wii only. Sega seems to be publishing a lot for the wii lately. And Ninty's bringing us wiimotionplus to give us an opportunity to even better experiences on the wii. I just have a feeling that they have learned their lesson, and that this E3 is going to be big in quality games, For core and casual gamers alike. We all saw how monster hunter boost wii sales up. They know casual doesnt work on japan as much as Mario and Zelda and Pokemon.

Re: Talking Point: About "The Waggle"

Everyone seems to forget about the pointer, in my opinion, it is a great addition to the wiimote. it makes Scrolling through menus extremely easy, and can be used extremely well in some games. Super mario galaxy, Metroid, world of goo, and such. It may resemble a mouse, but in my opinion, it is different when it comes to gaming.
