Nintendo has now issued a formal reminder about US restocks of select amiibo ahead of the launch of The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. Once again, this includes the Link's Awakening amiibo and the Wind Waker Zelda amiibo.

Amiibo support is seemingly set to make a return in the upcoming release The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, and ahead of the game's launch next month, Nintendo is apparently restocking two themed amiibo in the US.
If you weren't able to secure the Link's Awakening amiibo or Wind Waker style Zelda amiibo, now is your chance to order them in this new wave of stock from retailers like Best Buy, GameStop and Target. They'll set you back $15.99 each, with some listings mentioning how they are scheduled to arrive the same day as the new game on 26th September 2024.

Nintendo hasn't announced any new amiibo for Echoes of Wisdom, but there have already been requests for a chibi-like version of Princess Zelda in her new outfit. In the new Link's Awakening game on Switch, the Link amiibo allowed you to summon Shadow Link in your custom dungeons, and you could also use amiibo to save your custom dungeons.

I got both, still. I'm an early adopter.
I've liked to have my Link's Awakening Link displayed underneath the TV when I'm doing a playthrough of the game.
It's so disappointing that there won't be a Zelda version at this rate. Nintendo can surprise us with the Alterna Squid Sisters and Side Order Off the Hook, but Echoes Zelda is nowhere to be seen.
Link's Awakening got a special boxed edition and its own amiibo.
Meanwhile, Zelda don't get no respect.

I am surprised that this game is not receiving a new Zelda Amiibo to match Link's. I'll still take these though I don't have them.

I do hope there will be a new Zelda amiibo. That being said I have the entire Zelda amiibo line so i will be ready to play.
Could see them holding the amiibo announcement as filler for a Direct of some sort. Or maybe they're being cautious and want to see how well the game itself does first to judge how many to make to not end up making too many or too few.

Luckily already have all the Zelda amiibo now after some previous restocks, but happy for those who were still missing these two and that wanted to get them!
By the way, wouldn't dismiss getting a Zelda in the Link's Awakening remake style yet considering we've seen amiibo announced later than their respective games... really hope that will be the case!
I've already got both of these amiibo, but the restock timing seems interesting. I haven't heard anything about amiibo being compatible with the game yet, but this might mean there's some compatibility.
I doubt we'll get a brand-new amiibo for this game. They would have shown it off by now.
Awww WW Zelda is awesome but I guess I was hoping we’d get a “toy” Zelda to go with our LA Link lol.
I only have the old Smash Bros Zelda back from the Wii U days. Hope that one has a special bonus in Echoes.

This makes me wish we'll get a restock of the Samus Returns amiibo by the time Metroid Prime 4: Beyond will be released, especially the Metroid one.
