Before the King of Fighters Anniversary Sale ended, I got the ACA NEOGEO KOF I was missing.
ACA NEOGEO The King of Fighters '94 ACA NEOGEO The King of Fighters '95 ACA NEOGEO The King of Fighters '96 ACA NEOGEO The King of Fighters '98 ACA NEOGEO The King of Fighters '99
The rest I already had them. One day I'll get KOFXIII Global Match. There have been some sales on Fatal Fury games, but I also hope one day the Art of Fighting games get a sale as well.
Where is the best place to keep track of hardware deals in the US? I learned about a crazy Lite+Animal Crossing deal recently, I think it was Walmart, but it was sold out by the time I found it.
There are some games I actually either already bought on Steam or have obtained free from Amazon or Epic or whatnot that I just only feel like playing on Switch. The Switch just seems to shine for certain game types. So when they go on a mega sale I sometimes buy em again. Seems crazy, I know.
@NeonMullet not bad. RR is on my wl and I'll grab it at some point for sure.
Regarding plucky I do have a series s, so there's always that option. But I'd prefer playing in handheld in all honesty.
Yea, it's fairly basic, but it looks beautiful and it definitely draws inspiration from zelda which is obviously my favorite franchise so I'm all in. Just want to see performance first.
@NeonMullet I will say that Rugrat game does look good. Might have to snag it when I have a few bucks to spare. I just hope my diminished platforming skills can handle it lol.

I've played Dawn of Sorrow before but never the other two DS games.
Started with Order of Ecclesia and, honestly, whilst I'm enjoying it I can see why those Igavania games stopped being successful. Too many of the enemies are damage sponge. Switching your loadout helps and is is essential in a way it wasn't in the "Sorrow" games. I get the idea that it encourages you to trial everything in a way that you didn't have to in previous games but it's a bit annoying.
The level design is also a bit disconnected. I know that technically the warp rooms in the older castles basically functioned similar to going to a world map but it does make everything feel more disparate.
Still enjoying it though. I'd probably have given up without the rewind function though TBH.
@NeonMullet yea for sure. I've been doing the same just going digitally myself when it's readily available compared to physical.
Plucky is pretty good so far. It's more the charm of being a game within story book that's makes it good. Jumping from 2d to 3d is nothing like I've seen before other than ALBW and that wasn't truly 3d go 2d.
Combat is decent, nothing crazy or difficult. I've only unlocked the boomerang/ sword throw thus far so I'm sure there will be other power ups to collect that make the game more fun.
It just reminds me of a spin-off zelda title which is why I'm enjoying it. Only an hour twenty in, so more good to see before I give my final thoughts.
