@keife191 I played Ocarina on the N64 so my memory may not be the best, but I'm pretty sure Epona is the only horse the player can use throughout the game. A quick Google search yields no results regarding other horses being used (aside from one video using cheats, and even then the horse disappears on exiting Lon Lon Ranch), so maybe you are mistaken?
Well since link isn't wearing the hero's tunic, I'd expect this is also early game, so you might just change to epona later in the game.
I'm not too sure about that, that would mean they've only shown us ''very early'' gameplay. It appears that Link got a redesign for this game. There's no point in hiding the green tunic if Link's going to wear that for the rest of the game, we already know what it looks like.

About the hood, the primary purpose of a hood is to keep out the elements. Wind, rain, sand. Billions of blades of grass. There's a reason why people who live in extreme climates wear face wraps. It makes sense for a guy who spends like 95% of his time outdoors.

@Whitewatermoose: It's a difficult situation, in fact with other Nintendo IPs too. Of course you also have the setup where Sakurai may not do Smash 5 if there even is one. I doubt we'd be getting crazy characters like Snake (currently Brawl only), Pac-Man, Mega Man, Sonic, Ryu and Cloud if it wasn't for Sakurai but instead ones like Pink Gold Peach, Tanooki Mario and Green Bronze Luigi.

Let a younger Nintendo person take the reigns and incorporate First person point of view or online multiplayer.
Let Aonuma try to revive another franchise before he retires. Kid Icarus could be similar to Zelda.
Or maybe give him a new franchisee entirely. Wonderful 101, or a new duo like a Ratchet and Clank.

hell no, first person perspective would make this too much like elder scrolls, zelda was meant to be seen in top down or third person, its wreck the whole perspective of playing link, definately not online multiplayer either, maybe multiplayer co op, maybe if they can do it right but that would have to be for splitscreen or invite only multiplayer, i dont want some random coming in and wrecking my game.

Please never ever work for Nintendo. Zelda's core idea is single player adventure. A first person or online multiplayer Zelda might make a decent spinoff, but it's completely contrary to the series.

He's seems to be doing fine by my book, so if someone replaced him, they would have to be pretty dang good. And definitely not for those reasons, yuck! @SpookyMeths' reaction was correct. Even working on Kid Icarus would be insulting, for both Aonuna and Sakurai.
@keife191: Elder Scrolls' perspective was optional. I played the whole time in 3rd person. It's not a bad idea, actually.

No.
Also, it's a little daft to say that first person automatically sells better than third in the west. Besides the Wii series, GTAV is probably the best-selling game of the last decade and it defaults in 3rd person. Most big AAA games are 3rd person these days. Action/adventure games like Zelda especially are almost always 3rd person. Bethesda is really the only exception.
