Topic: Nintendo Music App

I'm sure this is already known but Metroid Prime is missing some songs. Most notably the puzzle themes, and the songs for the entrance area for several areas. No idea why.

I've been stuck in an N64 rut for a while but I do think Mario Kart 64 has a really good chance this week

I'm going to predict Sacred Stones and it comes alongside the release of the game on GBA NSO. April 20th was the 35th anniversary of the Fire Emblem franchise but I think next week will be Switch Sports (just like Legends Arceus and Forgotten Land, the release date matches up perfectly) and Nintendo tends to spread out their Switch additions to Nintendo Music.

Turned out the Nintendo Music addition was Fire Emblem Engage and it came alongside Sacred Stones for GBA NSO.

It feels so good getting a really meaty ost after weeks of really small drops

Hang on so did Nintendo soft confirm Engage or something?

Delighted with this addition. I'm about 75% through the game so I tested out the 'spoilers' function and was disappointed to see it just blocks the whole soundtrack rather than select songs. Oh well!

If we hadn't had Engage last week, I'd be jumping at Nintendo Switch Sports...but I'm on the fence about it.

I'll put it in as a guess though and back it up with...oh what the hell, Mario Kart 64 again!

@Nintoz I feel like that and MM are the next most likely N64 editions.
Additionally we don't tend to go more than 3 weeks between Mario titles being added.

I'm going to go with Super Metroid or Super Mario Land 2.

My guess is more Kirby. It was the Kirby anniversary yesterday.

I was going to predict Switch Sports because of the release date lining up exactly like Legends Arceus and Forgotten Land but with Engage being last week, I'm predicting Wii Sports Resort.

With Miis re-entering the spotlight with Tomodachi Life, it was very weird that Miis aren't in Mario Kart World so maybe Wuhu Island is coming to Mario Kart World with Miis unlockable there?

Ahh yeah it's Golden Week from today until next Tuesday...but normally they plan ahead though right?

@FishyS There's eshop maintenance tomorrow and the March Direct said there's a Switch system update in late April which points towards the update arriving tomorrow. Perhaps the Nintendo Music drop is also tomorrow?

I just had a weird thought… do you think it’s ever possible they’ll release the Nintendo Direct OST on Nintendo music? They’ve already released many non-game soundtracks, so maybe?
