It's interesting that sometimes they choose a game on its anniversary or in a recent direct or related to an upcoming release and sometimes they just choose random seeming games. I wonder how they choose what to add.

So is the main exploration theme only available with the humming on top? That’s kind of disappointing, as much as I like Luigi’s dulcet nasal tones, I’d rather be doing the humming myself.

If they release an OST later today, it will be the original Animal Crossing. If it is tomorrow it is definitely going to be Kirby and the Amazing Mirror

it's been Sunday a couple times, but almost always Monday (which translates to Monday versus Tuesday morning in Japan). I'm not sure why it's occasionally a day early.

I predict Mario Kart Wii. MK8 Deluxe was added at launch, Super Mario Kart was added when the Switch 2 was revealed and now in a few days we're getting a Mario Kart World Direct. I went for Wii because they used Toad's Factory music in the Switch 2 Direct.

I’m really hoping for Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury. I don’t have a specific reason why it would come now, but it’s personally one of my favourite Mario osts

Another no-brainer addition and having the FDS version is neat but I really wish they'd add NES soundtracks in bulk :/

No disrespect to such a significant soundtrack but yeah, this is a 'another glaring omission out the way' week.
Please for the love of all that is holy Nintendo, don't prioritise the DK arcade/ Nes ports over the Xenoblade, Smash Bros and post sound chip Fire Emblem games...

I'm gonna predict Fire Emblem Engage is coming next. Call it a hunch
