Speaking about 80's movies and TV Shows...
These are the short movies i have ever watched when i was Kindergarten student.
I still remembered that even already more than 30 years ago.
My Mom have these video compilation from VHS Betahifi when we used to watch videos from VHS.

I agree that kids stuff should not be an issue if balanced correctly.

I am 32 and now I try to hunt the things I loved and lost as a kid. It is awesome!

The problem I see with many people is that they not only like kids stuff but they act as children as well. Now that is an ugly sight.

@theJGG I've never read/watched Ready Player One, but I have heard of it many times. Might give the novel a read one day. I never was a book guy (I'm more into gaming and music), so this is a good opportunity for me.

@MarioLover92 I'm a person that can combine bookworm, gamer and moviewatcher traits all in one. It's a nice balance, and it means I can discuss all kinds of media. It's a pretty easy read, for an adult at the very least, so it'll be very worth it!

I looked up L33t and I believe I know what it is now, but I want to clarify what it is, so I know for the future. So, an example of L33t would be H3110 (instead of Hello), right?
I try not to use acronyms unless they're Commonly Known Gaming Acronyms™, like NES Super NES, N64, and so on. Yeah, when people go "text language" crazy, it can be hard to understand them. 🤔

I find it amusing that Epic Games can't even get Fortnite near the FPS/resolution goal as Ninjala, even though they're running the same engine. (TBF though, Fortnite does have more a bigger map, more players, and more objects to load into the map, than Ninjala has to). 🤔
EDIT: I looked at the Ninjala website, and there was "A notice regarding completion of maintenance" post a couple of weeks ago, so I'd assume that's when 4.1 released. The only thing that it for the "patch notes" was "Resolution of known issues" (i.e. bug fixes). I was surprised that there wasn't an official patch notes page for it, as other #.1 updates have gotten patch notes for them, but since it was only for bug fixes, I can see why they didn't do a separate sage for it. 🤔

Sailor Moon Live Action was around 2000's era.
It made me giggle everytime i saw Sailor Moon became Kamen Rider style. 😂
It was so awkward, cheesy and hilarious at the same time.

Btw, i found some spoilers about Sailor Moon Eternal, the newest Sailor Moon movie on this year based on Manga version, not remastered from 90's Anime version so there will be a lot of changes and i felt disappointed to see Amazon Trio and Quartet in Eternal version was really based on Manga version, lack of charm from 90's Anime version. Even watching Sailor Moon Crystal season 3 with Death Buster as their enemy, i felt the 90's Anime version still better than the Crystal version.
Monster of the week style on each Sailor Moon episodes was the selling point from Old Sailor Moon anime, the Manga / Crystal version was too bland and too serious, didn't even felt look interesting to watch.

There's finally a substantial snowfall here! Only 2-3 inches (roughly 5-7.5 cm), but at least I'm no longer wondering if my region is stuck in some weird cloudy, dreary limbo somewhere between late fall and early spring.

@Eel You reminded me of a video I saw recently regarding the jelly donut thing. Have you watched the YouTube channel Binging With Babish? The guy is a talented chef who recreates (or tries to) different foods seen in shows, video games, movies, etc. He also uploads videos on how to make normal/basic dishes as well. I watch his content in occasion. A coworker recommended him a couple years ago when he did a Breath of the Wild special.

On Jackie Chan Adventures: I watched the show for its whole run. I absolutely loved all the crazy stuff Jackie and Jade got into, as well as their dealings with the Dark Hand and other villains. XD I also love that Tohru eventually joined the crew. Even before his change of heart, I liked his character.

@Anti-Matter Here, it has more to do with some notion that "childish things" are no longer something adults should be doing. Historically, video games here were marketed towards kids. That's changed in the last couple of decades and definitely more recently, but the idea is still out there. Also, since gaming is a relatively new medium, there's still a minority out there who thinks video games are bad for you and have all sorts of terrible consequences. The same thing happened to TV before that.

Not that video games CAN'T have negative effects on one's health - just like doing too much of about anything else - but gaming in moderation is fine. As long as it's balanced with other areas of one's life, I think it's perfectly fine as a form of entertainment.

@PokemonGirl99 Wow, already? That was fast lol. It takes me a bit to beat Pokemon games unless it's one I've played a ton; I have a tendency to explore, talk to about everyone, train up my favorite 'mon, and do some of the filler content.

@Heavyarms55 Yep, all those are (mostly) short-term distractions that, in excess, can definitely be harmful. As about anything we give too much leeway to. Life is a balancing act.

@SM3DASislit You've pretty much nailed L33T. It isn't something I run across much these days, but it was fun to use and decipher! I used to be obsessed with Pig Latin before that.

I'm STILL learning acronyms to this day lol. Just when I think I have most of them down, new ones show up. I was completely innocent to them when I first started visiting internet forums in Jr. High (when we finally got something better than dialup). I would literally read "LOL" as "Lawl". XD And I had to refresh myself on what FOMO meant recently as it had been awhile.

@Tyranexx hah I did find that video yesterday after the jelly donuts came up. I also watched his BotW video back then when that was new, fun stuff.

Yeah I do remember how Tohru became a regular member of the good guys eventually, though it's been quite a while. I wonder if any streaming services have the series. I could use a refresh.
