@HobbitGamer - Flying is big, I’ll concede that, but werewolves are better in every other way. They can howl, run and jump through the forest at top speed at night, rip stuff up with their claws, and it takes something cool like silver to bring them down. Drinking blood is gaaa-ross and psychotic. I’d rather starve than drink hot blood right out of someone. A werewolf also isn’t always a werewolf, just sometimes, and it’s conceivable that a werewolf could be a werewolf forever without ever killing a human, whereas a jerk vampire has to find at least one person a day to murder for their food.
@NEStalgia - Oh yeah! Those sparkle vampires are the worst kind. It’s an easy decision. And have you seen his eight pack?!? Lordy. He has so many ab muscles, Anti would have to draw him as just an ab muscle. A living, breathing ab muscle.
@bimmy-lee
"And have you seen his eight pack?!? Lordy. He has so many ab muscles, Anti would have to draw him as just an ab muscle. A living, breathing ab muscle."
Did you mean my Muscular Anthro Wolf ?
"Werewolves are sooooo much cooler than vampires."
Ooh... I forgot to draw Werewolf on my Halloween drawings collection long time ago. 😅
@Anti-Matter - Yeah, I just went back and checked, and there was no werewolf. I’m sure you’d do a good job drawing one. As for the abs comment, I was talking about Jacob the Wolf Boy from the Twilight movies played by Taylor Lautner and his impressive six pack. I’ve never seen the movies, so I don’t know if his six pack abs carry over when he transforms into a werewolf.
@bimmy-lee Well, we could always ask @NEStalgia, seeing as he brought it up in the first place, so apparently, he actually has seen them. If I would have to make a guess, making general assumptions from the trailers that I did see of the movies, then I'd say that the human form completely vanishes in the transformation, so no abs on wolfie...
On the other hand, the lycanthropes in the Underworld movies are more human-like and also walk upright, so the abs thing might still be possible.
I rather prefer my lycans mythologically correct though, so in that respect, the Twilight movies at least got something right...

@NintendoByNature If the default controls feel a bit off in RE4, you can change them in the menu. For some reason they put the aiming controls on the right stick (like modern games), but I was used to aiming with the left like on the GameCube original. I found it much easier to get headshots with the traditional control layout.
@StableInvadeel - I’ll leave gluten free bread just to be safe. I just wouldn’t feel right thinking I may have given my ghost a bad bout of inflammation. They have enough to worry about without feeling lousy. Thanks for the tip. Hope you have a fruitful Dia de los Muertos.
@ThanosReXXX - I was pretty sure I knew what he meant, but I consulted google to be positive. That’s where I saw the abs. My wife read the books and watched a few of the movies. I boycotted the movies, but probably caught a couple scenes walking through the room. I think some of the Underworld lycans do have abs. Those are pretty decent movies.
I enjoy lycan lore quite a bit. Seems like we’ve been interested in and romanticized wolves since our earliest days. Are you familiar with the legend of El Cadejo from Central American lore? It’s a wolf spirit who can appear to travelers in the night. If it appears as a white wolf, it will see you to your destination and protect you from harm. If it appears as a black wolf, it will kill you and drag you to hell. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as why you’re chosen, or what color it will show itself to be, but you better hope for the white wolf!
@NotTelevision sweet. Thanks for the tip.. I played for 5 min and did notice it was a little difficult to grasp. But maybe ill try your control scheme.
My top 3 candidates for potential new Spidey incarnations would have to be Scarlett Spider, Superior Spider-Man and maybe Japanese Spider Man from the 70s TV Show
Mangaverse Spidey would be sick as hell too

@ThanosReXXX Not just no, but heeeeeeck no, i haven't watched those movies! One can't escape knowing too much about them, but seeing them is a whole other crime.
I watched some of the Twilight and 50 Shades films. I was surprised to find that the movies didn’t even approach the quality of writing found in a Lifetime or CW serial (I have enjoyed some in the past).
@HobbitGamer
Oh, never. But only ever heard.
I have ever watched Martial Law (by Sammo Hung), NYPD Blue and Michael Hayes (by David Carusso) when i was teen (15 or 16 years old).
I got inspiration to create my own Police Department with their heroes from those series.
@StableInvadeel Ah, Dia de los Muertos, right? That immediately reminded me of Grim Fandango.
@bimmy-lee No, I haven't heard of it, but it sounds interesting. The association and fascination with wolves is probably easy to explain, due to them being the first wild animals to accompany us and to be domesticated by us, so we do indeed have a very long running relationship with them. Another thing I noticed from that wolf legend, is that it contains a classic trope: white good, black bad. That goes for SO many things: white flowers for hope, white owl for wisdom, white wedding dress for purity, black cat is a witches' pet, black crows signal death, black clothes are either for mourning or downright evil. Basically light is good, dark is bad. And examples of that can be found all over the world, in all kinds of countries and civilizations throughout the ages.
And if you continue drawing that line starting in complete superstition and ignorance, moving towards more modern times, it would seem that we still haven't quite gotten rid of these views, which in my personal opinion is also part of the reason of our views towards other people. As if it's almost ingrained into our very being, ever since the dawn of time. Obviously, no excuse for racism and such, but might be something that professional psychologists and psychiatrists have also pondered at some point in time.
Oh, well... I'll leave that particular bit up to the professionals, but it did spring to mind in relation to the bigger picture of how we see those two colors in and on things and living organisms.
@NEStalgia Well, I guess it all depends on whether or not you're a fan (and how much of a fan you are) of either of the two lead actors, in which case some people might simply lap up every movie and series they star in, and of course sometimes, you have a significant other who'll lovingly force you to watch the movies with her, in which case there's just no escape, unless of course you don't mind sleeping on the couch tonight...
One thing you should watch, though, is the Bad Lip Reading of the Twilight saga. That's just hilarious:
@NotTelevision tried the controls you recommended and thanks, it felt alot better. Still hard to pinpoint aiming in general since I'm used to modern day 1st or 3rd person shooter with both sticks being used. Oh well, i get used to it.
