Topic: Pokemon Shuffle

@FriedSquid For the Competition, unless you want to deal with 5 Pokemons, both MMY and Slowbro are mandatory. Then, you need Cresselia for the ice when it disrupts. Since none of these Pokemons possesses an offensive ability, people are relying on Victini (the Hitting Streak ability procs very often) or Landorus Therian Forme, as it can deliver lots of damage (I managed 2 combos of 5k with him). A friend is using Mew, lvl15, with PO+4, SL5 (delivers like 3k every time it goes off).

New stuff:

• Feraligatr Appears (finally)
• Togekiss Appears (winking)
• Palkia Appears
• Mega Pidgeot (next competitive). Bring Electivire.
• Electivire next week.
• Kabutops Appears.
• Bellossom Appears (likely to get him to SL5).
• Thundurus Appears
• Three New Mission Cards, including Venasaur.

@Rikaria You meant Ground type for the first Pokemon listed, right?

Random question: I am gone at a place where I can't get internet on my 3DS so I can't check in and get the new update. I was able to do the Mega Beedril competition before I left, and am wondering, is there a time limit to when I have to check in and get my reward(s) before I lose them? I think I will have won the mega stone and don't want to lose it just because I couldn't check in on time.

@Xyphon22 For the 3DS they award the rewards immediately. You just have to sign on today.

By the way, do you know whether any EB is coming up next week? I'm really low on coins and is either leveling up Glalie and Electivire on Ampharos (for the Competition) or grinding Meowth (for a possible EB). Much obliged.

It looks like I'm going to miss getting Feraligatr and Winking Togekiss. I'm really low on coins and haven't been feeling like doing Meowth grinding for a while now. Sad times.

Ace Attorney 6 is not really helping.

I had to use 3 jewels for coins to get them both. I feel like we're getting too many events, and I'd rather do a mega start+ attack boost than try out the stage after paying 300 coins.

Sadly I have no jewels as I use the few I receive on Sunday Meowth.

Falling behind is not really a nice feeling when it comes to this game.

@Nego You still have one week left. Just today I caught Slaking because I didn't want to spend coins before hitting 50k, at least. Then used an Attack Up and beat it with 9 moves left. With a 38% catchability didn't need a Super Ball. Now, back to leveling up Glalie (lvl12 to lvl13 or 14) and Electivire (lvl9 to lvl11), before running out of RML's, on Ampharos.

Also, I'll say don't bother with Kabutops and Palkia. You will need those coins for the upcoming competition and the Electivire stage tomorrow.

@Fiyaball I don't exchange jewels for coins anymore. It is not worth it since a jewel on Sunday Meowth may grant you up to 25k-30k coins, and a full item run (16.3k coins) on a top boss stage on a EB.

This competition has driven me nuts. I just maxed Landorus -T (Electric), Electivire (lvl13, SL4.5) and Pidgeot (lvl10), and just scored 70.5k, which placed me in the 323 place. Given up the higher tier.

Anyone with more luck than I? BTW, Electivire has not drop a single RML!!!

Anyone lucky with farming the Safari for Exp boosters? Did like 20 runs to complete the spooky Pokes and managed 2 Exp boosters S and one M. Then, decided to spend the whole day (yesterday) and in 42-44 plays just managed 3 Exp. boosters S. Also, Landorus - I is very difficult to beat itemless..., any thoughts?

EDIT: After using around 55-60 hearts, managed to harvest 12 small exp boosters, 4 medium and 2 large ones. Gonna used them for the competition next week, just in case I need to level up Dusknoir in a hurry.

*sigh * ... What luck I had with the M-Banette competition so far.

Tried two test runs to get a feel for the disruptions and which Megas to use. Then I went all-in with the items and got a score of almost 70,000. Problem is my 3DS decided it needed an update, so I was unable to use Internet services and couldn't upload the score...

I return to the game after updating, and of course, my score was gone.

Tried it one more time with all items. I managed to get a close enough score, but it was still less than my last one. I'm still angry... Just a minor waste of time and coins. Oh well

EDIT: Fortunately, I had more luck with Spooky Gengar — caught it on the first try!
