Feel the Beat at Rhythm Heaven Launch Event in L.A.

Nintendo has announced a swanky launch event to celebrate the upcoming North American release of Rhythm Heaven Fever. Taking place on Friday 10th February, the evening will include a chance to play the game as well as freebies, food and other entertainment.
The launch is open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you live near Los Angeles check out all of the details in the press release below.
WHAT: Nintendo is teaming up with iam8bit and Giant Robot to invite consumers to celebrate the release of the Rhythm Heaven™ Fever game for the Wii™ console. With its quirky graphics and catchy music, Rhythm Heaven Fever is the perfect game to bring video game fans and art lovers together.
This party will be open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees will have the chance to get hands-on time with the game in advance of its Feb. 13 release. In addition guests will enjoy game play, food, beverages and music throughout the evening.
Attendees can also film and submit clips to be included in a special Rhythm Heaven Fever interactive video experience posted at http://rhythmheaven-jointhegroove.nintendo.com.
T-shirts, posters and other premium items customized for the event will be given away while supplies last.
Rhythm Heaven Fever is a unique game that lets players find the beat and prove they’ve got the groove. With irresistibly catchy music and quirky graphics, the game puts a new spin on more than 50 easy-to-learn, tough-to-master minigames. @Lordlz We could but tickets to LA cost money. I'm sure we all want to go to one of those Nintendo Time Square events. However it costs a good amount of money for a trip to New York, especially the sooner the flight is.

when nintendo of america, europe and australia consider holding launch events such as this one, perhaps they need to make it nationwide by having each event held in different parts of the country.
seeing as not everyone lives in the main cities. just something they need to consider.
this rhythm heaven launch event sounds like fun though.
