Game Profile

War raged for over a hundred years until strong, powerful Lords emerged from the fighting to bring a fragile peace to the land.

This peace is threatened when one of the Lords, Ataraxis, ruler of the city of Nexus, is taken ill by a deadly curse. A call is sent out, promising rewards beyond measure for anyone who finds a cure.

Four mercenaries, each with their own strengths, weaknesses and motivations answer the call. One uses forbidden spells to rain death on her foes, one has guns and bombs to blast his way through, another has a mighty sword capable of slicing through entire packs of enemies, and one other gains strength from savagely tearing through anything that stands in his way with brutal, bladed fists.

An heroic effort

If Heroes of Ruin was judged purely on the level of ambition and functionality on display, it would be hailed as the finest title on 3DS. It takes the capabilities of the handheld and attempts to deliver a fully flavoured action RPG, with all of the...

This game looks pretty good. One of the few that happens to be Action / RPG style with Online Co-Op. Pretty much a must-have. The system needs more games like this. We can only hope Capcom adds Online Co-Op to MH3G if they port it to USA - or it'll fail here in the States. The 3DS can do so much with Online Co-Op and it looks like n-Space got it right with this title.

Will this use the touch screen or is it going to use buttons for all the controls? On the 3DS eShop the 2 screen photos just showed a logo on the bottom screen.

I hope this game is as good as it looks. Probably a certain buy for me.

When will you put the review up? It came out in Europe already, and a good amount of reviewers here are European right?
(I'm not trying to be impatient, I just thought it would have come out by now...)

Pretty decent. It could use more polish, but all round it's solidly enjoyable if a bit plain.
