Topic: Bit.Trip: Runner causing an eye syndrome?!

I just bought Bit.Trip: Runner today and enjoyed it mostly. I play a few levels, and then I decided to stop and went to the main menu. But the weirdest thing happened: When I looked at the menu, it looked like the entire TV was moving to the right! My TV is hooked up to the wall and my Wii is hooked up with component cables. Is this bad? Should I stop playing the game or should I just ignore this problem?

I'm pretty okay.

Um, I definitely wouldn't say that's good. I guess just see (no pun intended) if it was a one time thing or it keeps happening, and if the latter decide what's worth more to you, (good) vision or platforming perfection, lol. As much I love RUNNER I'd go with the former personally. But I'm sure you're not the only one who's ever seen funny things; it's a BIT.TRIP staple.

ever watch the credits of a movie and then look away afterward and everything is still moving upward? sounds like something along those lines is going on. perhaps you should intersperse a few breaks into your play sessions, like a 5/10-minute break every two levels just to let your eyes readjust to seeing things that aren't moving, lol :3

i don't recall getting that way for Runner, but i do have vivid recollections of extended sessions of DDR where everything was still moving upward afterward, hahaha. not-so-good times :3

Sounds like what happens to me when I play Guitar Hero/Rock Band for too long; everything looks like it is moving upwards. It's nothing serious, just kind of trippy.

A particularly obsessed friend said after long hours on Guitar Hero he's noticed the same.
Maybe take it a bit easier? Like tbd says, take a break, man
