Teslagrad looks amazing, I needed to get it. I'm pretty sure I know what the next 3 games I'm gonna get are and probably in what order.
It's sooo much easier to get 20 really good eShop games at the end of 2014, than it was at the beginning of 2014. Teslagrad is without a doubt one of those games.
I'm getting Teslagrad as a physical release, might be a rare item one day, who knows.
I wonder what happened to Ittle Dew's PAL-release, we have heard nothing since July.
I have high hopes for Lone Survivor, despite not being a big horror guy. Getting it the same day it arrives of the eShop (because Halloween!!!) and I've heard a ton of acclaim for it. Technically I won't own it until after I post this...
So yeah, I had to play Costume Quest 2 on Halloween. Obviously. I actually saw a Let's Play of the first game a while ago, and mostly loved it so I'm glad I can support the sequel.
BTW: I had literally 1 cent left after I bought this. Which is amusing.
Well two of those games are only on 3DS so I assume so.
Ah, I didn't see Gunman Clive until now. But what's the second?
Crimson Shroud, which is that cool game that's a JRPG that looks like a table top RPG. It's quite good, though occasionally insultingly unfair and confusing.
Stealth Inc 2 and The Swapper are instabuys for me....except for... damn those eshop prices are uncompetitive. Kinda hoping they'll be some sort of sale event by Christmas.
The prices must put so many people off - I bet many people have only ever booted up the eshop once or twice cos they've written it off as overpriced.
As it is I'll have to start with just Stealth Inc, cos it's WiiU exclusive, then wait and see with The Swapper.
Also finding it pretty hard to resist the track designer in Super Toy Cars...
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?

I rather pay the developers of good games, so they'll be able to continue developing good games. Indie development is usually an extremely tough business, where developers rarely survive for longer periods of time. Price cuts (and free copies on other platforms or Steam sales) just decrease the commercial value of the game, and if the product didn't sell huge amounts at launch the company will slowly die.
I have played Stealth Inc 2 for many many hours now, and there's no way I can complain about its pricing. In my country's currency, the price is less than 25% of a retail AAA game and I get way more value out of it than that. Some parts of it (Miiverse/Gamepad integration, co-op, level editor) are just as good or better than in any other Wii U game I've played. I have not yet played The Swapper but I'll get it after I've completed Stealth Inc 2.
However, I would complain about the pricing of a game like Blok Drop U, which costs 10% of the Stealth Inc 2 price. And still it didn't give me anywhere close to 10% of the gameplay enjoyment value that Stealth Inc 2 gives me.
Zacisa's Last Stand seems like a decent budget title from what I just played. And Thomas Was Alone is something I've heard a lot of good things about so that made sense.
