Take a look at this website: http://dont-starve-game.wikia.com/

I'm approaching the 100th day of survival for the first time, and it's mostly thanks to that wiki.

Still thinking about picking this up again. I have it on my Laptop, so I am wondering if it is worth it on Wii U?
I like how the map is on the Gamepad since it was annoying having to open it everytime when you were trying to get back home in a haste. Nintenlife mentioned that the inventory was a bit annoying, somehow.
Is there anyone still interested in a second EU code, if I go for it?

Never want to come down, never want to put my feet back down on the ground.

Alright, apparently people moved on already from this game? I think I'm gonna get it anyway to support the developers. Still nobody in for an EU code? Would love to swap for another code.

Never want to come down, never want to put my feet back down on the ground.

Just got it- but a North American code.....Haven't played it yet.

Is there a tutorial on how to unlock Adventure mode?
I feel like a noob at this and the games default Survival mode is a bit harsh on me.
Everytime I find something new I want to inspect it and am rewarded with a permadeath.
Really need to practice this for a while before getting into Survival again.
Any advice, and customization options, to make it easier unlocking Adventure mode?

I like this game but there's so much to learn, so much to keep an eye on, so much to craft.
I'm a bit overwhelmed at times, and as soon as my sanity drops there's no way to get back to normal.

I am sorry for having to tell you, that Adventure mode won't help you:
1. Adventure Mode is unlocked while playing Survival mode: There is "Maxwells Door" hidden in the world you spawn in. Sometimes you find it fast, sometimes you hardly find it at all. The other method is to build you own Maxwells Door by collecting all the strange pieces lying aroung (metal potato, crank thing, etc.).
2. If you didn't like Survival Mode, you won't like Adventure mode. Adventure mode is basically a harder form of survival mode, since you are dropped in different worlds with really harsh conditions. Never reached it myself, but saw people struggling on youtube. Survival Mode is practice for Adventure Mode, not the other way round. ;-]

I'll give you a hint regarding you sanity: Pick flowers. They restore it. Also make a flower garment; wearing it restores sanity too!

I hope this helped you a little. Don't give up on the game, it's well worth it.
Read the wiki that ricklongo postet, if you struggle.

1) Keep away from any creature that is unknown to you. It probably wants to kill you. If you just run from everything you're unsure of until you're ready to try and fight with a spear and armour, you'll be fine.

2) In regards to sanity - you regain sanity by picking flowers, but this is only really useful for emergencies, as they dont grow back on their own. Crafting anything new for the first time (Green in the crafting menu with a lock) at a machine will restore sanity. So if you're low, just make cheap things for the first time like Signs/Floorboards out of planks, hay walls etc. Crafting and wearing either a garland (made of 12 flower petals) or a top hat (made of 6 silk from killing spiders or their nests) will help keep your sanity high. Finally, you can create straw rolls or tents to sleep through the night and restore your sanity and health, but beware that you will wake up very hungry.

3) Adventure mode is kind of designed for players who are good at survival mode and want an extra challenge - I wouldn't recommend it if you're still coming to grips with the regular world.

There's not really much point in getting it on Wii U if you have the superior PC version. Just get the minimap mod and the map problem is easily solved.

Personally, I love the gamepad map and think the controls are much better on Wii U. I just don't see this as a mouse-and-keyboard game. (Of course, if you play it using a joystick on the PC, this point becomes moot.)

I would be if I had anything to give and if your code was for US...

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
