While the video obviously says Japan and Europe only, Nintendo Power has it listed in its latest magazine. So maybe the US will too?

I'd definitly get this. Wouldn't it also be awesome if Konami released Wii-ified versions of Silent Hill 2, 3 and even 4: The Room for the Wii? B-) I haven't played 2-4. Only the original and Shattered Memories....Clearly I'm missing out! :p And I don't have a PS2, nor do i want to get one.

@WaveBoy
You only really need to play SH2. 3 was good, but not anywhere near the masterpiece of 2, and 4 was ... hmmm. Not bad, per se, but not that great (the fact that it began development as a non-SH affiliated title may have something to do with it). Also, if you have a 360, both 2&3 are part of the recent HD-remake release (available for 360), and 4 is XBox-backward-compatible.

On topic, i'd love if Fatal Frame 2 does get a US Wii release; i've wanted to check out the game for some time but haven't had a system that it's been released on (well, i think it might be backwards-compat on 360, but i've heard there are a lot of issues with the playability).

She-Ra is awesome. If you believe otherwise, you are clearly wrong.
Lindsey Stirling is as awesome as She-Ra. Perhaps even more so.

So I've heard, i guess i just find 4: The room interesting not just because of those creepy stiff walking burp monsters(lol) but because of the 'The Room' itself. If I can scrounge up a PS2 Slim for cheap one of these days 'SH3' and maybe 4 will be the first games I'd check out. I already own SH2, since i had planned on getting a pS2 before hand but never came to be. :p Plus, I don't have an XBOX so that's out of the question.

Also, hopefully if FFII does hit the NA, it comes with SilentHill:Shattered Memories-like Wii pointer flash light controls....Those were just amazing. B-)

Go buy a PS2 on Ebay WaveBoy. You can get all three games and the system for like $80. Plus then you'll have access to a great system.

This does look like a pretty good horror game and it has fantastic music. I'll probably get it sometime after its release.

I rented this game a few years back and I loved it. I never got a chance to finish it, so hopefully it will come out in NA.

Whaaaa? I could have sworn you said you had played SH2 and 3 at some point, but I guess I'm wrong. SH1 is definately the scariest of the 4, so you've got that covered. I would say SH3 is the second scariest. SH2 is a masterpiece as well, and I think has the greatest video game soundtrack of all time, but I think SH3 edges it out as being the better game. I'm in the minority with that opinion though, most people prefer SH2. At any rate, considering you are a survival horror buff, you need to play those games ASAP. If you have a PS3 or 360 just get the HD collection.

It might be your web browser but if it's not,

Got the new issue of NP; the write up about FF2 is only a brief mention in a short piece about the announcements made during the Japanese Nintendo Direct broadcast. So nothing having to do with a possible US release.

Here is some information about the changes and new additions to this version of the game. This sounds like more than just an enhanced port and the multiple endings sound interesting.

Hahaha! @FonistofCruxis, I loved Iwata's last statement on that page. :D

Hehem... Ummm... Yeah. Not very appropriate, as it happens to be Mother's Day here in the United States.

Project Zero 2 is out today! Going to pick myself up a copy after work, if I can find anywhere that sells it (games like this tend to be tough to find in stores). Also found this video showing off thirty minutes of the game for those on the fence or not sure what the game is

I've seen this on Wednesday in GameStop for 49,99€.
Was tempted to pick it up, but I needed point cards for the timelimited eShop sales, so this'll have to wait.

I am really looking fwd to Project Zero 2 (what Fatal Frame is called in Australia). In fact it will be the first Wii game I have purchased since Skyward Sword!

Also Nintendo now own the rights to the series so all Fatal Frame/Project Zero games will show up only on Nintendo platforms from here on out!
