It honestly sounds like something coming from a teenager who's going through this 'trying to be a man' stage phase in his life. Usually most adults in their 20's are open arms to stuff like this and alot of them cherished everything Disney throughout their lives especially when they were young and they know how brilliant and amazing the classic Mickey Mouse stuff is. In no way do I find any of that stuff childish....It's for the more mature if you ask me, and it has a universal and broad appeal, it's simply put timeless and magical. If we were talking about 'Barney the Dinosaure' than fine, say childsh all you want, I won't argue with that. But we're talking about one of the most well known and beloved mascots of all time, Mickey mouse is the Mario of Disney. You shouldn't be small minded about this stuff...Like somebody said, how is playing as a monkey any different than playing a a mouse? In the end who gives a damn, Monkey's and mouses are more bad than any Gun drenched Stubble sporting soldier. If the game is great I'm all for it, and most of Nintendo's and Capcom's maskots are fantastic....Don't you be hating on Mega Man too But hey, if bullet hell shooters, beautiful shiny fast cars, and post appocalyptic war themed games make you feel like a man and mature, than by all means go for it. If those were the types of games that I'd only let myself play, I'd quite gaming all together.Don't let that child-like spark in you die, because it's beginning to sound like it. And seriously, if Harry Knowles from 'Aint it Cool news.com' heard you speak about Mikey Mouse like this, he would slap you with his tummy rolls.
