I can't buy Zombiu on the eshop ?!?
I get this message:
You cannot view this content. The times during which this content can be viewed have been restricted.

What ?
When can I buy it ?
Is there something am during wrong ?

Should say that I am on the european eshop.

I'm having this problem too. I am under 18, but not by much and my grandma gave me permission to check out ACIII on the Eshop to see if I may want it for christmas, and it won't let me on the page, no matter what I do. Messing with settings does nothing, how can I fix this?

It might be some sort of server problem.
After I downloaded Zombiu and tried to view the game in the eshop, I got the same error message again ?!?
Really strange, just keep trying, hope Nintendo get's it sorted out soon.

To all having the same problem: it's a restriction. You can only view or purchase PEGI 18 titles after 11 PM.
A silly restriction.

So grown-ups have no control over their choice of viewing time or does that only kick in on systems were accounts have been added for minors and parental controls set?
Still, if I was a shift-worker and my kids were at school, this restriction is sucky.

So once I'm 17 I can view the content or what? In the United States M rated games are 17+

Hopefully they will let you insert the disc and play without it forbidding you... If I get ACIII I prefer to do it on MY NNID and not my grandmother's. I'll get it physical, but since it lets you buy at the store and give parental consent, they shouldn't need to restrict you by inserting the disc.

Anyone know if you can still play a disk M-rated game if you are under 18? If you are over 18 and have a M-rated game, just make a dummy account and try it. I wanna know.

Got bored trying and failing so bought the disc version instead. Stupid pointless restriction.

I have the same problem downloading games as TimDragon had. TimDragon, if you read this, or if anyone that reads this knows what needs to be done to download Assassins Creed and ZombiU would be greatly appreciated. Launch date for it was Nov. 30th. Yes I've turned off ALL parental controls and have more than enough to buy it. Can anyone absolutely confirm the 'after 11 pm' thing? I've tried searching this via Google and i've been through nintendo.co.uk back and forth and can't find anything to confirm/deny
