Can anyone absolutely confirm the 'after 11 pm' thing? I've tried searching this via Google and i've been through nintendo.co.uk back and forth and can't find anything to confirm/deny :(

Even if you can download something it's slow as hell 2h for Trine 2 (2gb) on a 60mb fibre line. Connected via Ethernet.

Max download speed doesn't matter. Nintendo's server speed is capped at like 300 Kb/s.

That would explain it, thank you. That said, it said 2 hours but is down to 01.38 after about 10m.
