I'm betting PS4 and the 720 will have the same graphics. Resolution doesn't equal graphical capability, or at least not the majority of it. Look at the Square Enix E3 demo or the Unreal 4 engine demo for next-gen. That's what people are talking about when it comes to next gen in terms of graphics. In terms of next-gen as a whole, I've always thought of it by time, not capability. It just so happens most generations of games have similar graphics in terms of capabilities, with the latest gen the one to break that trend with the Wii. Graphics and gameplay have little influence on their reception as next-gen consoles.
