That's going a little far. Fatal Fury 1 & 2, Art of Fighting 1 & 2 (if that's on there, I can't remember) and Fighter's History Dynamite are definitely not better than Super Street Fighter 2.
Street Fighter 2 was a great game but in my opinion it hasn't aged that well. That being said I think it is a much better game than the contemporary Neo Geo games such as Art of Fighting 1+2 and the early Fatal Fury games.
The later Neo Geo games such as Real Bout Fatal Fury Special, Real Bout Fatal Fury 2, Last Blade and King of Fighters 96 onwards are vastly superior games but then they were made 4-5 years later so that isn't really surprising.
I'd say pretty much all of them are better as I can't stand the SNES port of Super Street Fighter 2. It plays OK but is a horrible cut down version compared to the arcade. I'd check out any King of Fighters, the newer Fatal Fury games, Samurai Shodown and Last Blade. My personal favourites are the Real Bout Fatal Fury games, The King of Fighters 95 and Samurai Shodown 2. They're not all necessarily the best in their series but the ones I'm quite fond of.
Real Bout Fatal Fury Special, Samurai Shodown 2, and Last Blade 2.
And Garou: Mark Of The Wolves, and King Of Fighters '98 if they ever get put up.
I'm a big fan of SF2, but IMO few fighters approach it. SNK has done it several times, though.
